AURefund process and customer service is horrible Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund. They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing. Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially. Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund. Many reviews across the web with the same experience. My recommendation: Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

AUZonGuru data miners Of all the data miners and utilisers that I have ever viewed for the Amazon Platform, there is absolutely none that has impressed me more than this group. These guys sometimes appear to be teaching from a position that most of us Amazon Wannabees could not even understand or remember the upspeak for! AND THEN IT CLICKS! Get the points that these tutors put out and you know your gonna make money.

GBTake money even if you cancel Signed up to there 7 day free trial, cancelled the subscription on day 3 as I think there are better systems out there. Message popped up when I cancelled that they would take no payment. I used my credit card so put a block on my card as I thought they may try to take payment. I was right they tried to take payment so contacted my card merchant stopped any further payments coming out. Look at other reviews on here you'll see that they will take payment after 7 days and apparently they won't refund the money.
