This is a top drawer piece of software! Having been a software developer myself, I can say with confidence that this is a superb tool, developed in a very thoughtful way by people who are themselves Amazon sellers. It makes a huge difference when people "eat their own dog food", i.e. use their products in anger. Some of the key tools (particuarly Love-Hate, Keywords on Fire, Keyword Spotlight and Listing Optimizer) are phenomenally powerful, in terms of their insight into what's working (or not), why a particular product is selling well, etc. Highly recommended!!!

ZonGuru Blackbelts in Service & Intel! I suspect the ZonGuru team are all trained ninjas - at least in the art of Amazon intel if not after dark. They say you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear: Well, that's why I'm using the ZonGuru application to find a silk purse in the first place, coupled with a modern team who've got the communication skills & smarts on how to do just that. I was on free trial I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up. I need to cancel full yr subscription. It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far. UPDATE in 3hours Thanks Adam for solving the issue. They refunded full amount and also offer discount on future subscription. I appreciate work by Adam. And I will be back soon. Once again product is good the only issue was I cant afford full yr subscription at moments. Thanks

Refund process and customer service is horrible Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund. They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing. Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially. Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund. Many reviews across the web with the same experience. My recommendation: Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

A must have tool for somebody new to Amazon As somebody starting out in the Amazon selling business ZonGuru is an invaluable tool. The ability to research products, see what is actually selling and avoid pitfalls is priceless. Without ZonGuru I would just be flying blind when it comes to product selection and , to be honest, probably wouldn't be selling on Amazon.
