I cancelled my subscription 3 payments… I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.

ZonGuru data miners Of all the data miners and utilisers that I have ever viewed for the Amazon Platform, there is absolutely none that has impressed me more than this group. These guys sometimes appear to be teaching from a position that most of us Amazon Wannabees could not even understand or remember the upspeak for! AND THEN IT CLICKS! Get the points that these tutors put out and you know your gonna make money.

Must have software for Amazon sellers I couldn't operate my Amazon business without this toolset. ZonGuru is the complete package and includes everything from Keywords, Listing Alerts, Listing Optimization, and even product research. Customer service is fantastic too!

An exceptional program/application An exceptional program/application. An extraordinary crew on board. You don't come across many personable orgs with the knowledge, skills, care and time for their customers/clients as these guys. These guys just keep learning and sharing valuable knowledge. Amazing work!

Great tool but Support team availability is not good enough Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.
