AUI cancelled my subscription 3 payments… I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.

AURefund process and customer service is horrible Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund. They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing. Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially. Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund. Many reviews across the web with the same experience. My recommendation: Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

AUI was on free trial I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up. I need to cancel full yr subscription. It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far. UPDATE in 3hours Thanks Adam for solving the issue. They refunded full amount and also offer discount on future subscription. I appreciate work by Adam. And I will be back soon. Once again product is good the only issue was I cant afford full yr subscription at moments. Thanks

GBTake money even if you cancel Signed up to there 7 day free trial, cancelled the subscription on day 3 as I think there are better systems out there. Message popped up when I cancelled that they would take no payment. I used my credit card so put a block on my card as I thought they may try to take payment. I was right they tried to take payment so contacted my card merchant stopped any further payments coming out. Look at other reviews on here you'll see that they will take payment after 7 days and apparently they won't refund the money.
