SUBSCRIPTION ISSUE I am currently a student and as part of my training, I have to write a research paper. Therefore, I need to conduct interviews and transcribe them into text. I chose to subscribe for only one month at $30, but without paying attention, I was charged $169 for a one-year subscription. I contacted customer support to get a refund and was contacted back in less than 24 hours to find a solution. I thank the Cockatoo teams for their assistance. On the other hand, the site is very intuitive and provides very good transcriptions for interviews of more than an hour. I recommend it!

3 months to finally resolve an issue ! On October 14, 2023, I was debited three times from my bank account for a total amount of €29 each time, resulting in a total deduction of €87 for the month of October. This occurred as I subscribed to your website for the first time. Following my complaints on October 18 and October 25, you refunded me twice, totaling €58. On October 18, I informed you that I no longer had access to my subscription and requested a refund. Finally, on November 7, you notified me that you would refund the last installment of €29. It has been a month since our email exchanges. As of November 14, the third installment of €29 has not been refunded, and I noticed a new debit of €15.28 on the same day. Since October 18, my account has not been activated, and I am unable to enjoy the features of your website. You can deactivate my account. I no longer trust your site. I want to first recover my money (€44,28) ! On December 2nd, the day I posted this review, Cockatoo finally got in touch with me. They asked me to reconsider my review and offered me 2 months of their subscription for free. They requested that I pay for the 2 months of subscription with the promise of a refund. I am eager to see if I will indeed be reimbursed, considering the history of the issue. The moral of the story is that Cockatoo only addresses its users' problems when they share negative reviews on this site. I find it unfortunate that one has to take public action for things to finally move forward! UPDATE 12/02/2024 The company made a commercial gesture. The platform is great.
