Just exquisite. The whole experience feels so much more expensive than it is. The aligners came packaged beautifully, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the app is so responsive. I’m thrilled with the results, and my treatment isn’t even done.

Still Waiting on Additional Aligners My Byte aligners helped my alignment very much, but I am still unsatisfied with my final aligners. It is curious to me that between the time I completed the impressions kit and the arrival of my aligners was around 2 weeks (which is incredibly fast shipping). Yet, it is taking 2-4 weeks for my additional aligners to ship (which is apparently one set of aligners for both top and bottom - not many steps or anything). The process to communicate my need for additional aligners was also painstakingly tedious with a communication runaround.

Excited Aside from the price, I loved the welcome kit and the company does seem to strive for satisfaction. They are easy and pretty self explanatory. Looking forward to seeing results!

Wow! 5 star service! Wow! The professionalism of Byte exceeds my expectations! The package arrived today and it is superb. Everything is neatly packed - the aligners come in a sliding box for storage, and I really appreciate the accessories such as the whitening foam and the HyperByte. It really feels very personable, like a VIP aligner treatment. You can tell this company really went above and beyond to bring value to its customers with 5 star service. I'm excited to go through the process and see the outcome.

Great product The only disadvantage is not going to a physical location but it's also a big reason why I decided on using byte. I need very little adjustments but I'm happy with my smile.
