USFantastic Customer Service Byte reps hold your hand through the entire process via real time text messaging on your phone and through emails. You can call them if you need to as well but I never had to as their response times surpassed expectations. This kind of service helps you to feel confident in the process and adds to an overall great experience!

USProtection plan… The person texting me never told me how much the protection plan was in total, she only said how much extra it would add on a month which she said was about $15. So I expected to pay $2,000 next thing I know I look at my account and $2,800 was taken. I was furious!!! That is important information and she acted like it was no big deal once I told her.
