GB10/10 It was a great, quick and easy process! I love how I was able to actually communicate via text with a real person rather than a computer. And the team that helped me out, was soooooo nice. Made the process so easy on myself and I’m beyond excited to start my journey. AND, I cannot get over how quickly this has gone.

GBProtection plan… The person texting me never told me how much the protection plan was in total, she only said how much extra it would add on a month which she said was about $15. So I expected to pay $2,000 next thing I know I look at my account and $2,800 was taken. I was furious!!! That is important information and she acted like it was no big deal once I told her.

ITIt was a good experience It was a good experience. The only issue I had was paying for it twice. My card was charged twice. It was credited twice as well until I finally had to call and give my payment over the phone. That side of their website seems a bit glitchy, but everything else was really easy and the instructions were fantastic. The impressions also were really easy so overall very happy. I have not started treatment so I can’t comment on that yet.

GBFeeling Scammed I wasn't made aware that my work coupon wouldn't be applicable after accepting the deal they had on their insurance bundle they offered me. Once I accepted that deal I was billed without my coupon (they never let me know that wouldn't be valid) and now I'm spending 700 dollars I wouldn't have spent on a bundle without the discount I should've been told I couldn't use. I feel lied to.

GBJust exquisite. The whole experience feels so much more expensive than it is. The aligners came packaged beautifully, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the app is so responsive. I’m thrilled with the results, and my treatment isn’t even done.
