GBIt’s been trying It’s been trying. We have received teeth whitening, the retainer cleanser and unit but still have not received my son’s aligners. Care credit will be contacted tomorrow. I’m giving 5 business days before we close our account and you can have your whitener, cleaner, ultrasonic cleaner back. I trusted that this would be legitimate. I don’t trust often. Refund required.

GBTerrible, Terrible service I approved my treatment plan, then they completely ghosted me. Customer service line isn't answered (I literally waited an hour one day), advisor doesn't answer their phone, respond to text messages, or reply to emails. I'm honestly not sure anyone actually works there. It's been 3 months of this.

GBProtection plan… The person texting me never told me how much the protection plan was in total, she only said how much extra it would add on a month which she said was about $15. So I expected to pay $2,000 next thing I know I look at my account and $2,800 was taken. I was furious!!! That is important information and she acted like it was no big deal once I told her.

GBJust exquisite. The whole experience feels so much more expensive than it is. The aligners came packaged beautifully, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the app is so responsive. I’m thrilled with the results, and my treatment isn’t even done.

GBExcited Aside from the price, I loved the welcome kit and the company does seem to strive for satisfaction. They are easy and pretty self explanatory. Looking forward to seeing results!
