GBDo not use this company Do not use this company! They false advertise. I gained nothing from there service and then charged me a cancellation fee after a absurd ordeal. They wanted me to pay to go see a dentist to take xrays.

GBPoor Customer Service, Confusing Directions Customer service totally non-responsive. Impression kit took way too long to arrive and that’s when I found out it was going to basically take another 8 weeks essentially to get the aligners…WHAT?! Directions for making the impressions was confusing and inaccurate with timings, putty hardened before I could even finish. They also want you to do a virtual appointment which was confusing to even make. They never responded to any of my questions even though I used the email they said to use to make the appointment. Will not be proceeding with this company.

GBTerrible company to deal with: Make Sure You Check BBB Report on them Terrible company to deal with. If you see 5 star reviews I can assure you they are fake reviews. The company makes sure they drag things out because they sell your receivables to another company so they get paid immediately and do not want to give refunds even if you do not even receive their aligners. The customer service answers emails within 7 days of you sending them so that is always a good sign. They want to schedule a call to discuss your refund but won't call back for days. I never got anything and just asked for my money back after 4 months of going back and forth with them.

CAGreat experience Great experience (so far, just in the making impression stage). Had a video call with Lou to make my impressions- she is awesome, patient and very professional. I needed smaller trays and they were sent out quickly. I’m on my way.
