My overall experience with NewSmile has… My overall experience with NewSmile has been fantastic! Very informative and the company communicates with the customer every step of the way. Raych reached out to me, once my trays were complete, to confirm the shipping address. This was vital as I had the mold kits shipped to a European address but needed the completed trays shipped to the States. I’m grateful that they took the time to confirm the shipping address as they understand the length of the entire process. Raych was very responsive and a pleasant to work!

Great experience Great experience (so far, just in the making impression stage). Had a video call with Lou to make my impressions- she is awesome, patient and very professional. I needed smaller trays and they were sent out quickly. I’m on my way.

Not as simple as I thought… Doing the impressions can be awkward but my impression specialist was VERY patient! Lou explained everything with such care and detail until I understood how to do it properly. I am very confident in the end result, and I can’t wait to get my aligners!

overall good communication it's been a while since i did my impression and photos upload and no news since then..over all when i dit have trouble with the putty they did send me a new impression kit and they were very responsive . that's why the 3 stars because i'm still waiting since march for some news .
