GBPoor Customer Service, Confusing Directions Customer service totally non-responsive. Impression kit took way too long to arrive and that’s when I found out it was going to basically take another 8 weeks essentially to get the aligners…WHAT?! Directions for making the impressions was confusing and inaccurate with timings, putty hardened before I could even finish. They also want you to do a virtual appointment which was confusing to even make. They never responded to any of my questions even though I used the email they said to use to make the appointment. Will not be proceeding with this company.

GBNot as simple as I thought… Doing the impressions can be awkward but my impression specialist was VERY patient! Lou explained everything with such care and detail until I understood how to do it properly. I am very confident in the end result, and I can’t wait to get my aligners!

GBMy experience with NewSmile has… My experience with NewSmile has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve have considering I’ve dealt with other aligner companies. Julie has answered any questions or concerns I needed and walk me through the whole process, which I really loved. I would definitely give this company a 10 stars if I can. 🥰🥰🥰

GBMy overall experience with NewSmile has… My overall experience with NewSmile has been fantastic! Very informative and the company communicates with the customer every step of the way. Raych reached out to me, once my trays were complete, to confirm the shipping address. This was vital as I had the mold kits shipped to a European address but needed the completed trays shipped to the States. I’m grateful that they took the time to confirm the shipping address as they understand the length of the entire process. Raych was very responsive and a pleasant to work!
