Not as simple as I thought… Doing the impressions can be awkward but my impression specialist was VERY patient! Lou explained everything with such care and detail until I understood how to do it properly. I am very confident in the end result, and I can’t wait to get my aligners!

James @ NewSmile James has gone above and beyond with his help with my progress. I thought the bi-weekly updates would be largely automated responses. It's not the case. Great Customer Service Everyone at NewSmile is so helpful and friendly. A real representative checks in with you every 2 weeks to make sure your aligners fit. Especially James! He is always checking in to make sure my experience is going good.
