Impression specialist, Ivy I enjoyed working with the impression specialist, Ivy. She was incredibly smart & very patient with me. My impression session lasted several calls. I just couldn’t seem to get it right. She, on the other hand, was fantastic!

James @ NewSmile James has gone above and beyond with his help with my progress. I thought the bi-weekly updates would be largely automated responses. It's not the case. overall good communication it's been a while since i did my impression and photos upload and no news since then..over all when i dit have trouble with the putty they did send me a new impression kit and they were very responsive . that's why the 3 stars because i'm still waiting since march for some news .
