GBThis company needs to do a RESET on the… This company needs to do a RESET on the service they provide to customers! I ordered teeth in Dec got my impressions processed and received teeth in Jan! the top fit but the bottom lays on top of the gum! I pay for insurance to as extra! i called left messages n emailed of which i have all copies of my attempt to contact these ppl and NOTHING!! NO RESPONSE! No instructions as to how to have the teeth tweaked or redo the impressions or lab that covers default for insurance your paying for!! I am about to stop payment and get my BANK involved AS THEY DO NOT SERVICE OR HAVE A COMPANY BASED for CONSUMER SERVICE! acct #20017792 a disappointment!

GBAll I wanted for Christmas was my two… All I wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth.. and Resetsmile made that happen! My order was received in December and I had purchased the 2 year refresh and replace warranty (very glad I did and highly recommend for everyone if you’re clumsy like me and lose things easily) Well, I lost my device sure enough, I called Resetsmile and my order was placed the same day for FREE and a week later I had my device back in my hands again!!! Thank you To everyone at Resetsmile you really are changing lives

GBI received the product today I received the product today. It fits well and easy to install. This option was much better than what my dentist offered and much better value for money

GBNo Response... Still Waiting on Response/Confirmation This company is very, very, very slow to respond. I had to send multiple emails/messages to see about a refund on my credit card being charged, even after cancellation of order. Still waiting on a final response. Have talked with my credit card company to dispute charges. Be very wary out there!

GBRefitting Support Non-Existant I almost never write reviews, so the fact I feel the need to share my experience says something, I'd say. The fitting process and turnaround was real simple, however, I am VERY dissatisfied with their support after I paid nearly $1000 for my denture with warranty. The denture is too high causing discomfort and jaw pain after only a few hours of use. I reached out to their support email as instructed on their included card the day after I received the denture (4/5). No response beyond the automated "We're looking at it". I tried calling their support line the following Monday. Had to leave a message - I did, with my contact details. Nothing. I was more than gracious giving them adequate time to respond back and did not try to follow-up again until a week later, on 4/11. I tried both email and phone call - same thing, radio silence. It's been ANOTHER week and still not a peep from ANY of their support! Completely unacceptable and I will be reporting to the BBB as after paying nearly a grand for dentures that I can't use and no support, this smells like a scam to me. Resetsmile, you NEED to improve your support system, especially for customers that need adjustments to their dentures!
