GBAll I wanted for Christmas was my two… All I wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth.. and Resetsmile made that happen! My order was received in December and I had purchased the 2 year refresh and replace warranty (very glad I did and highly recommend for everyone if you’re clumsy like me and lose things easily) Well, I lost my device sure enough, I called Resetsmile and my order was placed the same day for FREE and a week later I had my device back in my hands again!!! GBI was skeptical at first I was skeptical at first. ResetSmile did reply to my emails efficiently. The wait time for a dentist in my area to approve the mold took some time. But once approved, my cap came in to my satisfaction. I can smile again. 😁

GBVery satisfied one year later I was missing two back lower teeth and purchased my device about a year ago. I was skeptical that it would work but figured it was worth a try as I didn't want to invest in false teeth from my dentist that involved wires and clips. It needed some adjusting, so I contacted customer support, and they got back to me promptly and sent an adjustment kit. It took a few times but once I got it right it fit great for the teeth I was missing. For me it turned out to be a very good investment. I have been very happy with the device and will continue to refer them to friends and family.

GBI attempted to send the Kit back that I… I attempted to send the Kit back that I received, there is no way to get ahold of Cus Ser, the email no one responds, The Phone Number no live person to speak. SCAM! Still have not heard back and it's been several Months!

GBNo Response... Still Waiting on Response/Confirmation This company is very, very, very slow to respond. I had to send multiple emails/messages to see about a refund on my credit card being charged, even after cancellation of order. Still waiting on a final response. Have talked with my credit card company to dispute charges. Be very wary out there!
