GBNo Response... Still Waiting on Response/Confirmation This company is very, very, very slow to respond. I had to send multiple emails/messages to see about a refund on my credit card being charged, even after cancellation of order. Still waiting on a final response. Have talked with my credit card company to dispute charges. Be very wary out there!

Here is the response I received 3 days ago, and once again, for the umpteenth time, they did not follow through with what they say. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Based on the information you have provided us with, we would like to offer to remake your device for FREE from a set of new impressions. Our technicians will design a custom impression tray that is designed to fit the shape and contours of your mouth so that we can fit you with a replacement device that is as comfortable as it is beautiful. I have gone ahead and ordered a replacement impression kit with the customized impression trays for you which will ship out in the next 2-3 business days. GBNo support response The ordering and receiving process was good. However, I am having problems with my lower partial device rubbing my gum causing pain and redness. I am unable to wear it and have been trying to contact someone on your support site and phone for 5 days now. Nothing. My upper device is fine but I’m very disappointed with my lower. I feel this should have been responded to within at least a couple of days.
