GBRefitting Support Non-Existant I almost never write reviews, so the fact I feel the need to share my experience says something, I'd say. The fitting process and turnaround was real simple, however, I am VERY dissatisfied with their support after I paid nearly $1000 for my denture with warranty. The denture is too high causing discomfort and jaw pain after only a few hours of use. I reached out to their support email as instructed on their included card the day after I received the denture (4/5). No response beyond the automated "We're looking at it". I tried calling their support line the following Monday. Had to leave a message - I did, with my contact details. Nothing. I was more than gracious giving them adequate time to respond back and did not try to follow-up again until a week later, on 4/11. I tried both email and phone call - same thing, radio silence. It's been ANOTHER week and still not a peep from ANY of their support! Completely unacceptable and I will be reporting to the BBB as after paying nearly a grand for dentures that I can't use and no support, this smells like a scam to me. Resetsmile, you NEED to improve your support system, especially for customers that need adjustments to their dentures!

GBIt is a worthwhile product and a simple… It is a worthwhile product and a simple affordable solution if you have missing teeth. The process was easy. I did have some minor issues upfront but Resetsmile was very cooperative in providing a quick solution. They back their product for sure.

GBExtremely happy! Extremely happy! I just had a single molar made. The fit is perfect and it looks fantastic! Also very satisfied with the speed of every step and the responsiveness of customer service. My ONE tiny complaint is that the gum color is noticably darker than my natural color. It’s a back molar so not very visible, but I do wish it was a more perfect match. Aside from that very minor issue, I could not be more thrilled! It’s also very comfortable, have only had it a few hours and I already almost forget it’s there… so glad I got it!

GBSmile repaired I found the process to be fairly easy. A couple of times it was hard to get someone on the phone. I just chalked it up to them being busy. My first impressions weren’t accepted no biggie you get plenty for another impression. My upper and lower teeth arrived yesterday and I am so happy. My wife says they look great and I feel confident. Odd feeling at first but it’s day two and I forget they’re in.

GBResetsmile is an investment that is… Resetsmile is an investment that is definitely worth it in our opinionb And the best part is you’re not spending 2-3 grand at a dental office for the same product..I ordered this as a surprise for my fiancé and her partial arrived just in time before our wedding, the only issue we had was the shade was slightly off, we sent an email with photos and our complaint was handled and solved the same day— less than week later the issue was fixed and delivered at no extra cost!!!! So if you’re on the fence, take a chance and you’ll definitely won’t be dissapointed! Signed a very happy and newly wed couple
