GBFirst off the seven questions insufficient questionnaire didn’t… First off the seven questions didn’t cover everything that concerned about. I have a partial on my upper teeth. I believe three teeth on the left and two on the right the anchor broke so I want to replace the whole entire partial, but it doesn’t give you that choice so it’s not gonna work out if I get a partial with one tooth, I can’t wear to partials at one time I need to speak to an actual person in this company

GBI attempted to send the Kit back that I… I attempted to send the Kit back that I received, there is no way to get ahold of Cus Ser, the email no one responds, The Phone Number no live person to speak. SCAM! Still have not heard back and it's been several Months!

GBNo Response... Still Waiting on Response/Confirmation This company is very, very, very slow to respond. I had to send multiple emails/messages to see about a refund on my credit card being charged, even after cancellation of order. Still waiting on a final response. Have talked with my credit card company to dispute charges. Be very wary out there!

GBI was skeptical at first I was skeptical at first. ResetSmile did reply to my emails efficiently. The wait time for a dentist in my area to approve the mold took some time. But once approved, my cap came in to my satisfaction. I can smile again. 😁

GBGreat Company, Awesome Customer Service I originally purchased my device in September of 2023 and was very happy with my device, shortly after the 90-day warranty had expired, my device broke. Sadly, thinking I'd made a bad decision investing in this purchase and was at a financial loss. I then noticed a few months ago began receiving a mountain of ads via email and seeing Ads on Facebook of discount offers from ResetSmile with feelings of displeasure. Reluctantly, I decided to send my concern through their online form to express my experience with my device, to my unexpected surprise I was contacted and offered a replacement device.
