My order was received in December and I had purchased the 2 year refresh and replace warranty (very glad I did and highly recommend for everyone if you’re clumsy like me and lose things easily) Well, I lost my device sure enough, I called Resetsmile and my order was placed the same day for FREE and a week later I had my device back in my hands again!!! Here is the response I received 3 days ago, and once again, for the umpteenth time, they did not follow through with what they say. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Dear Chas Sometimes an inaccurate impression from a presized tray can result in a device that does not fit correctly. Based on the information you have provided us with, we would like to offer to remake your device for FREE from a set of new impressions. Our technicians will design a custom impression tray that is designed to fit the shape and contours of your mouth so that we can fit you with a replacement device that is as comfortable as it is beautiful. I have gone ahead and ordered a replacement impression kit with the customized impression trays for you which will ship out in the next 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking info in a separate email once it ships to you.
