GBVery satisfied one year later I was missing two back lower teeth and purchased my device about a year ago. I was skeptical that it would work but figured it was worth a try as I didn't want to invest in false teeth from my dentist that involved wires and clips. It needed some adjusting, so I contacted customer support, and they got back to me promptly and sent an adjustment kit. It took a few times but once I got it right it fit great for the teeth I was missing. For me it turned out to be a very good investment. I have been very happy with the device and will continue to refer them to friends and family.

GBThis company needs to do a RESET on the… This company needs to do a RESET on the service they provide to customers! I ordered teeth in Dec got my impressions processed and received teeth in Jan! the top fit but the bottom lays on top of the gum! I pay for insurance to as extra! i called left messages n emailed of which i have all copies of my attempt to contact these ppl and NOTHING!! NO RESPONSE! No instructions as to how to have the teeth tweaked or redo the impressions or lab that covers default for insurance your paying for!! I am about to stop payment and get my BANK involved AS THEY DO NOT SERVICE OR HAVE A COMPANY BASED for CONSUMER SERVICE! acct #20017792 a disappointment!

GBResetsmile is an investment that is… Resetsmile is an investment that is definitely worth it in our opinionb And the best part is you’re not spending 2-3 grand at a dental office for the same product..I ordered this as a surprise for my fiancé and her partial arrived just in time before our wedding, the only issue we had was the shade was slightly off, we sent an email with photos and our complaint was handled and solved the same day— less than week later the issue was fixed and delivered at no extra cost!!!!
