GBI attempted to send the Kit back that I… I attempted to send the Kit back that I received, there is no way to get ahold of Cus Ser, the email no one responds, The Phone Number no live person to speak. SCAM! Still have not heard back and it's been several Months!

GBIt is a worthwhile product and a simple… It is a worthwhile product and a simple affordable solution if you have missing teeth. The process was easy. I did have some minor issues upfront but Resetsmile was very cooperative in providing a quick solution. They back their product for sure.

GBRefitting Support Non-Existant I almost never write reviews, so the fact I feel the need to share my experience says something, I'd say. The fitting process and turnaround was real simple, however, I am VERY dissatisfied with their support after I paid nearly $1000 for my denture with warranty. The denture is too high causing discomfort and jaw pain after only a few hours of use. I reached out to their support email as instructed on their included card the day after I received the denture (4/5). No response beyond the automated "We're looking at it". I tried calling their support line the following Monday. Had to leave a message - I did, with my contact details. Nothing. I was more than gracious giving them adequate time to respond back and did not try to follow-up again until a week later, on 4/11. I tried both email and phone call - same thing, radio silence. It's been ANOTHER week and still not a peep from ANY of their support! Completely unacceptable and I will be reporting to the BBB as after paying nearly a grand for dentures that I can't use and no support, this smells like a scam to me. Resetsmile, you NEED to improve your support system, especially for customers that need adjustments to their dentures!

GBFirst off the seven questions insufficient questionnaire didn’t… First off the seven questions didn’t cover everything that concerned about. I have a partial on my upper teeth. I believe three teeth on the left and two on the right the anchor broke so I want to replace the whole entire partial, but it doesn’t give you that choice so it’s not gonna work out if I get a partial with one tooth, I can’t wear to partials at one time I need to speak to an actual person in this company
