GBThis company needs to do a RESET on the… This company needs to do a RESET on the service they provide to customers! I ordered teeth in Dec got my impressions processed and received teeth in Jan! the top fit but the bottom lays on top of the gum! I pay for insurance to as extra! i called left messages n emailed of which i have all copies of my attempt to contact these ppl and NOTHING!! NO RESPONSE! No instructions as to how to have the teeth tweaked or redo the impressions or lab that covers default for insurance your paying for!! I am about to stop payment and get my BANK involved AS THEY DO NOT SERVICE OR HAVE A COMPANY BASED for CONSUMER SERVICE! acct #20017792 a disappointment!

GBNo support response The ordering and receiving process was good. However, I am having problems with my lower partial device rubbing my gum causing pain and redness. I am unable to wear it and have been trying to contact someone on your support site and phone for 5 days now. Nothing. My upper device is fine but I’m very disappointed with my lower. I feel this should have been responded to within at least a couple of days.

GBSmile repaired I found the process to be fairly easy. A couple of times it was hard to get someone on the phone. I just chalked it up to them being busy. My first impressions weren’t accepted no biggie you get plenty for another impression. My upper and lower teeth arrived yesterday and I am so happy. My wife says they look great and I feel confident. Odd feeling at first but it’s day two and I forget they’re in.

GBI was skeptical at first I was skeptical at first. ResetSmile did reply to my emails efficiently. The wait time for a dentist in my area to approve the mold took some time. But once approved, my cap came in to my satisfaction. I can smile again. 😁

GBFirst off the seven questions insufficient questionnaire didn’t… First off the seven questions didn’t cover everything that concerned about. I have a partial on my upper teeth. I believe three teeth on the left and two on the right the anchor broke so I want to replace the whole entire partial, but it doesn’t give you that choice so it’s not gonna work out if I get a partial with one tooth, I can’t wear to partials at one time I need to speak to an actual person in this company
