USGreat Company, Awesome Customer Service I originally purchased my device in September of 2023 and was very happy with my device, shortly after the 90-day warranty had expired, my device broke. Sadly, thinking I'd made a bad decision investing in this purchase and was at a financial loss. I then noticed a few months ago began receiving a mountain of ads via email and seeing Ads on Facebook of discount offers from ResetSmile with feelings of displeasure. Reluctantly, I decided to send my concern through their online form to express my experience with my device, to my unexpected surprise I was contacted and offered a replacement device. USExtremely happy! Extremely happy! I just had a single molar made. The fit is perfect and it looks fantastic! Also very satisfied with the speed of every step and the responsiveness of customer service. My ONE tiny complaint is that the gum color is noticably darker than my natural color. It’s a back molar so not very visible, but I do wish it was a more perfect match. Aside from that very minor issue, I could not be more thrilled! It’s also very comfortable, have only had it a few hours and I already almost forget it’s there… so glad I got it!

USSmile repaired I found the process to be fairly easy. A couple of times it was hard to get someone on the phone. I just chalked it up to them being busy. My first impressions weren’t accepted no biggie you get plenty for another impression. My upper and lower teeth arrived yesterday and I am so happy. My wife says they look great and I feel confident. Odd feeling at first but it’s day two and I forget they’re in.

Here is the response I received 3 days ago, and once again, for the umpteenth time, they did not follow through with what they say. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Dear Chas Sometimes an inaccurate impression from a presized tray can result in a device that does not fit correctly. Based on the information you have provided us with, we would like to offer to remake your device for FREE from a set of new impressions. Our technicians will design a custom impression tray that is designed to fit the shape and contours of your mouth so that we can fit you with a replacement device that is as comfortable as it is beautiful. I have gone ahead and ordered a replacement impression kit with the customized impression trays for you which will ship out in the next 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking info in a separate email once it ships to you.
