GBWe've have had a couple weird issues We've have had a couple weird issues, like the phones ringing but none of the extensions could pickup, and lines blinking on hold but the line couldn't be picked up. Also, sometimes more than one caller are on a single line, making it difficult to pick up the call you want. Better than Ring Central, and waaay better than Vonage.

GBNot an appropriate mode of… Not an appropriate mode of communication for a small business operating off the mobile app. Service was terrible, phone calls always cut out and/or dropped completely. The app is not user friendly. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because the customer service was great. Everyone we worked with for customer service was always extremely kind and diligent. They always solved every problem they could, and explained things very well. We are just unhappy with the core functioning of the app, which is not something the customer service/training techs could fix.

GBWe moved over to Jive 4 months ago We moved over to Jive 4 months ago. From and admin perspective the system is intuitive and their customer service team is great. They were the most cost effective option for our business and a definite upgrade from our former provider. The mobile app is nice and since we're a google shop the chrome extension is great. This would be a 5 star review however our phones did go down once, however Jive fixed the issue quick and our phones were back up in less than an hour.

GBGreat Service & Price! Jive has been very accommodating to the changing needs of our small business. We like being able to log into our account & get information or change what we need to. We also like that they send us regular communications via email. The service Jive offers would be very hard to beat for the price & convenience they bring to meeting our needs.

GBJive Makes Admin Easy! Jive makes administration of our company's phone system a breeze. They have a Jive Customer Center with training videos, how-to articles and you can ask questions there. You may also get support from their phone number. They are always quick to respond and understanding their instructions is simple, even for a non-tech savvy person like myself. Always professional, always courteous. We are a small company, but I can see so many things that would benefit very large companies as well. I really appreciate what Jive can do and how they do it!
