Great Service & Price! Jive has been very accommodating to the changing needs of our small business. We like being able to log into our account & get information or change what we need to. We also like that they send us regular communications via email. The service Jive offers would be very hard to beat for the price & convenience they bring to meeting our needs.

Jive Makes Admin Easy! Jive makes administration of our company's phone system a breeze. They have a Jive Customer Center with training videos, how-to articles and you can ask questions there. You may also get support from their phone number. They are always quick to respond and understanding their instructions is simple, even for a non-tech savvy person like myself. Always professional, always courteous. We are a small company, but I can see so many things that would benefit very large companies as well. I really appreciate what Jive can do and how they do it!

FROM AWFUL TO AWESOME! A little over a year ago we switched from an on premise IP phone system to Jive and have never looked back. The old system contently needed updated and complicated routing and programming issues and with Jive, everything is always up to date and adding a new extension or user is a breeze. Support (when we do need it) is amazing and our sales rep is always a call or email away. We tested other providers and they all wanted to nickel and dime you, but with Jive, it's one price for everything. Having most of our lines on our police/911 center is always a little nerving for the "what if's" but they have many fail overs in place for the just in case issues we have yet to use. We highly recommend JIVE and have zero regrets by switching.

Pretty Solid Service I've had a few excellent customer service calls with Jive. Our needs for the Jive system are relatively simple, so I can't speak to some of the robust functionality offerings. I feel like we pay a very fair price for the service we receive. The admin portal is pretty solid - it could be a bit more intuitive, but the knowledge base/help center is helpful when you need to connect the dots. Overall, a pretty solid tool.

DO NOT USE JIVE/Go to connect DO NOT USE JIVE/Go to connect. They are the worst and then when you try and cancel it is a nightmare. I've literally called in 4 times to try and cancel and every time it goes to "resolutions" I go to a voicemail. Trust me... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
