Tech support is out of this world! I had the pleasure of working with Robert B who was a senior tech there at Jive. He spent a great deal of time with me showing me all the capabilities and features of the JIve Communications platform. There are so many great features available and the interface is rather easy to navigate. They also follow up with your case until your problem is solved. I've used RingCentral and 8X8 and Jive seems to be the best out of them all. I think it is PC Magazine's editors choice for cloud PBX.

We've have had a couple weird issues We've have had a couple weird issues, like the phones ringing but none of the extensions could pickup, and lines blinking on hold but the line couldn't be picked up. Also, sometimes more than one caller are on a single line, making it difficult to pick up the call you want. Better than Ring Central, and waaay better than Vonage.

Highly recommend Jive!! Highly recommend Jive!!! I've used Comcast, AT&T, Nextiva and nothing comes close in terms of service and product performance. ATT was by far the worst! The whole company is a joke and only has business because of a monopoly. Nextiva is OK, but lacks many features that JIVE has including a much for sophisticated dial plan and call queue. Comcast mobility would be slightly better then Nextiva in terms of service and reliability. However JIVE is by far the best!!!!

Jive Integration with Zoho is amazing! Highly recommended I've recommended Jive to many people. We did our research, and it's definitely the most affordable of all the VoIP services that met our needs. We have encountered a few technical issues that we weren't smart enough to figure out ourselves, and the customer service has been prompt and amazing, always getting our issues fixed right away. We love that it works with our Polycom phones, or with our cell phones, or with our computers using the soft phone online. This has made it extremely easy for our team to be mobile. The best thing is the integration with Zoho. This has saved us so much time, that honestly we are probably netting a negative cost for this service. Highly recommended.

Great Service & Price! Jive has been very accommodating to the changing needs of our small business. We like being able to log into our account & get information or change what we need to. We also like that they send us regular communications via email. The service Jive offers would be very hard to beat for the price & convenience they bring to meeting our needs.
