USDisappointed in product and company I received two units, which I ordered. They are not as I expected and do nothing for my knees. I have requested the instructions for a return. I did receive one response which talked about my wanting to “cancel” my order but they had already been shipped? What? All I need are the instructions and information to return the item. I’ve requested this four or five times. I even used the email address given to other “bad review” customers for return and it was not a valid address. I’ve read the other recent negative reviews and seems I purchased about the same time. I will make a report to my State’s consumer protection division and internet fraud if I do not get the information and the refund. Constance

Wrote email immediately so they could adjust before shipping. No reply. I have written several times no reply tried calling 1-856-460-1863 bad number auto hangup.
