GBDisappointed in product and company I received two units, which I ordered. They are not as I expected and do nothing for my knees. I have requested the instructions for a return. I did receive one response which talked about my wanting to “cancel” my order but they had already been shipped? What? All I need are the instructions and information to return the item. I’ve requested this four or five times. I even used the email address given to other “bad review” customers for return and it was not a valid address. I’ve read the other recent negative reviews and seems I purchased about the same time. I will make a report to my State’s consumer protection division and internet fraud if I do not get the information and the refund. Constance

CAI ordered the product since March 11th I ordered the product since March 11th, 2024 and paid. Till now I have not receive any order. but nothing was done till now.. I do not want to believe this was a scam. Anyways am planning to make report if nothing is done soon.

AUMy knee love it! I bought a set of RejuvaKnee massagers and from my experience they work at relieving pain and inflammation. I use them twice a day as directed and between PT and using these has improved my knee condition a lot.

AUI purchased the RejuvaKnee then…have returned unopen but no refund I purchased the RejuvaKnee then realised how expensive they were and tried to cancel around 24 hrs later. I explained I had medical expenses and desperately needed the funds back. I was told that once I received the parcel, if I returned it I would receive my refund. I sent it back UNOPENED, thankfully with tracking and I know it was delivered back to them on 27 March. They say it will take 7-12 business days to refund the monies. I have sent MINIMUM 6 emails and not had 1 response of any kind. I am needing these funds for medical treatment (and no - nothing to do with my knee) so woul really like to have my refund processed. They were very quick to reply to my email when I requested to cancel the purchase - to say NO you are too late but not when you requesting a refund. The lack of customer service (there is none) ensures you would not deal with this company again.
