I ordered the product since March 11th I ordered the product since March 11th, 2024 and paid. Till now I have not receive any order. but nothing was done till now.. I do not want to believe this was a scam. Anyways am planning to make report if nothing is done soon.

Product is great customer service is… Product is great customer service is terrible. Accidently bought 2. Was ordering one somehow got 2. Wrote email immediately so they could adjust before shipping. No reply. I have written several times no reply tried calling 1-856-460-1863 bad number auto hangup. Will go thru my bank card for resolution if I have to

I purchased RejuvaKnee in January it… I purchased RejuvaKnee in January it worked for several weeks and then it over heated and cut out complained about the product just requiring a replacement but no joy fobbed off with various excuses So my advice to buying from American is don't do it.

Disappointed in product and company I received two units, which I ordered. They are not as I expected and do nothing for my knees. I have requested the instructions for a return. I did receive one response which talked about my wanting to “cancel” my order but they had already been shipped? What? All I need are the instructions and information to return the item. I’ve requested this four or five times. I even used the email address given to other “bad review” customers for return and it was not a valid address. I’ve read the other recent negative reviews and seems I purchased about the same time. I will make a report to my State’s consumer protection division and internet fraud if I do not get the information and the refund. Constance
