USI don’t normally use chat in a website I don’t normally use chat in a website, but because one of the agents at Medity noticed a difference in the compression sleeve I put in my cart from what I normally purchased, she checked with me to see if this was the one I really wanted. The chat went wonderfully, the agent was very knowledgeable and I ordered one different from my normal order, but guided me to the one best suited for my needs. Can’t say enough good things about this experience.

USI purchased a pair of socks for my mother I purchased a pair of socks for my mother. She has another pair and is very impressed with the product! Unfortunately, my order has been delayed because of the holiday which is to be expected. When I e-mailed, the customer service representative was quick to get back to me and incredibly kind. He apologized for the delay and let me know that it was just sent out yesterday.

USUse the live chat person to avoid mistakes There was a live chat person who helped me find the exact kind of compression stockings that I wanted. She put a link in our chat and I was able to go to these stockings. She also explained how the sizing worked so that I wouldn’t mess up the order like I did the last time (I didn’t use the chat last time and ordered the wrong size). Yes, using the chat was exceptional!

USNew Customer Being new to the world of support stockings I have made two purchases but had to return them because of size and strength issues. Both times the return process was painless and free. With the help of customer service I was able to order exactly what I needed and I'm anxiously awaiting my delivery. So far I am 100% satisfied with the service at Medity.
