GBI don’t normally use chat in a website I don’t normally use chat in a website, but because one of the agents at Medity noticed a difference in the compression sleeve I put in my cart from what I normally purchased, she checked with me to see if this was the one I really wanted. The chat went wonderfully, the agent was very knowledgeable and I ordered one different from my normal order, but guided me to the one best suited for my needs. GBUse the live chat person to avoid mistakes There was a live chat person who helped me find the exact kind of compression stockings that I wanted. She put a link in our chat and I was able to go to these stockings. She also explained how the sizing worked so that I wouldn’t mess up the order like I did the last time (I didn’t use the chat last time and ordered the wrong size). Yes, using the chat was exceptional!
