I purchased a pair of socks for my mother I purchased a pair of socks for my mother. She has another pair and is very impressed with the product! Unfortunately, my order has been delayed because of the holiday which is to be expected. When I e-mailed, the customer service representative was quick to get back to me and incredibly kind. He apologized for the delay and let me know that it was just sent out yesterday.

Brilliant prices and customer service I spoke with Alex who was professional yet very friendly. He solved my problem quickly. I am thankful for your low prices because my compression garments are no longer covered now that I'm on Medicare. Thank you!

My overall experience with Medityhealth… My overall experience with Medityhealth was averge. It was nothing to write home about. Nothinng extraordinary or bad happened when dealing with this company. Interaction with customer service was run-of-the-mill and I had to wait a bit for an answer, but the staff was poliet. There was no difficultiy in figureing out the site. Transactions went without hiccup. To sum it up, I woudn't say Medityhealth was extraordinatry but nor was it bad. Just your aveage experience.

Update:I have not received my order # 2074438 Update: Apparently, my 1st email was missed plus the new change in the catalog, caused the problem. After contacting the 2nd time, I got an immediate response to my concern as well as a sincere apology for the confusion. I received my order very quickly and I’m very impressed with customer service. Thank you Alex for your help in this matter. I have changed my revised my review based on wonderful customer service. I have not received my order # 2074438. I ordered this on June 28th and contacted customer service and it’s been radio silence from your company. I’ve contacted customer service again today. I’m not sure what’s going on since my first order had no problems. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from your company again.
