GBI don’t normally use chat in a website I don’t normally use chat in a website, but because one of the agents at Medity noticed a difference in the compression sleeve I put in my cart from what I normally purchased, she checked with me to see if this was the one I really wanted. The chat went wonderfully, the agent was very knowledgeable and I ordered one different from my normal order, but guided me to the one best suited for my needs. Can’t say enough good things about this experience.

GBUpdate:I have not received my order # 2074438 Update: Apparently, my 1st email was missed plus the new change in the catalog, caused the problem. After contacting the 2nd time, I got an immediate response to my concern as well as a sincere apology for the confusion. I received my order very quickly and I’m very impressed with customer service. Thank you Alex for your help in this matter. I have changed my revised my review based on wonderful customer service. I have not received my order # 2074438. I ordered this on June 28th and contacted customer service and it’s been radio silence from your company. I’ve contacted customer service again today. I’m not sure what’s going on since my first order had no problems. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from your company again.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. I initially ordered the wrong Item and when I contacted them, they immediately sent a return shipping label. The post office has "misplaced" the returned package and Medity is trying to get that resolve too. I ordered the correct item on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. The prices are also very competitive. Based on great customer service and a good price Medity has become my top choice for compression socks.

GBI purchased a pair of socks for my mother I purchased a pair of socks for my mother. She has another pair and is very impressed with the product! Unfortunately, my order has been delayed because of the holiday which is to be expected. When I e-mailed, the customer service representative was quick to get back to me and incredibly kind. He apologized for the delay and let me know that it was just sent out yesterday.

GBBest Yet! I wear compression socks for fast walking. I average about 35 miles a week and have ordered compression socks from several different online suppliers. Medity Health has been the best yet.
