Thank you Medity Health legging products (sigvaris) help me manage my early lymphedema following my recovery from cancer. Customer care is attentive and quick to assist. On my 3rd order of products, the package was delayed by FedEx. Customer care sent out a duplicate order right away for me to receive it when needed.

I purchased a pair of socks for my mother I purchased a pair of socks for my mother. She has another pair and is very impressed with the product! Unfortunately, my order has been delayed because of the holiday which is to be expected. When I e-mailed, the customer service representative was quick to get back to me and incredibly kind. He apologized for the delay and let me know that it was just sent out yesterday.

New Customer Being new to the world of support stockings I have made two purchases but had to return them because of size and strength issues. Both times the return process was painless and free. With the help of customer service I was able to order exactly what I needed and I'm anxiously awaiting my delivery. So far I am 100% satisfied with the service at Medity.

Update:I have not received my order # 2074438 Update: Apparently, my 1st email was missed plus the new change in the catalog, caused the problem. After contacting the 2nd time, I got an immediate response to my concern as well as a sincere apology for the confusion. I received my order very quickly and I’m very impressed with customer service. Thank you Alex for your help in this matter. I have changed my revised my review based on wonderful customer service. I have not received my order # 2074438. I ordered this on June 28th and contacted customer service and it’s been radio silence from your company. I’ve contacted customer service again today. I’m not sure what’s going on since my first order had no problems. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from your company again.
