I don’t normally use chat in a website I don’t normally use chat in a website, but because one of the agents at Medity noticed a difference in the compression sleeve I put in my cart from what I normally purchased, she checked with me to see if this was the one I really wanted. My overall experience with Medityhealth… My overall experience with Medityhealth was averge. It was nothing to write home about. Nothinng extraordinary or bad happened when dealing with this company. Interaction with customer service was run-of-the-mill and I had to wait a bit for an answer, but the staff was poliet. There was no difficultiy in figureing out the site. Transactions went without hiccup. To sum it up, I woudn't say Medityhealth was extraordinatry but nor was it bad. Just your aveage experience.
