GBUpdate:I have not received my order # 2074438 Update: Apparently, my 1st email was missed plus the new change in the catalog, caused the problem. After contacting the 2nd time, I got an immediate response to my concern as well as a sincere apology for the confusion. I received my order very quickly and I’m very impressed with customer service. Thank you Alex for your help in this matter. I have changed my revised my review based on wonderful customer service. I have not received my order # 2074438. I ordered this on June 28th and contacted customer service and it’s been radio silence from your company. I’ve contacted customer service again today. I’m not sure what’s going on since my first order had no problems. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from your company again.

GBNew Customer Being new to the world of support stockings I have made two purchases but had to return them because of size and strength issues. Both times the return process was painless and free. With the help of customer service I was able to order exactly what I needed and I'm anxiously awaiting my delivery. So far I am 100% satisfied with the service at Medity.

GBUse the live chat person to avoid mistakes There was a live chat person who helped me find the exact kind of compression stockings that I wanted. She put a link in our chat and I was able to go to these stockings. She also explained how the sizing worked so that I wouldn’t mess up the order like I did the last time (I didn’t use the chat last time and ordered the wrong size). Yes, using the chat was exceptional!
