Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I initially ordered the wrong Item and when I contacted them, they immediately sent a return shipping label. The post office has "misplaced" the returned package and Medity is trying to get that resolve too. I ordered the correct item on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. The prices are also very competitive. Based on great customer service and a good price Medity has become my top choice for compression socks.
