USI'm Very Happy I found it very easy to setup TPO account and port my number to TPO. Seamless experience. I never needed to contact customer support, all instructions are on the website. I followed the instructions and my TPO service was up and running without any hassles. Excellent pricing and good reception. No dropped calls. I'm happy. I was with TING but this is a much better deal plus you get to donate a portion of the bill to your favorite charity.

USI am very happy with TPO I am very happy with TPO. It isn't the quite low operating cost that keeps me happy, although that's a definite plus. It's the fact that a part of my monthly fee goes to the charity of my choice. That definitely matters. I would give it five stars except that it's range isn't always the absolute best. Nonetheless, it's usually just fine for my needs.

Every encounter Ive had, whether it be through email or a call to a live person, has always been quick, courteous and helpful. It's so rare these days to get this kind of excellent service, especially from discount cell service companies. USInexpensive and reliable mobile service TPO mobile service was very good and I will use it again when needed. unfortunately, teh initial onboarding process was frustrating as my AT&T iPhone 5s required some settings tweaks and I wasn't able to get TPO to resolve it. I was forced to troubleshoot and resolve on my own. Also TPO could do better by updating its website to allow the user to change basic information such as their billing address.

USGreat Company; Spotty Cell Service Love the company and it's ideas about sharing for charities. Cost is very reasonable, so overall I'm happy. However, be prepared for occasional dropped calls, spotty service, or no service areas. I can live with these issues due to TPO being (in my opinion) a very socially responsible company. I'll stay with them because of that.
