About TPO Mobile USA

TPO was started by three friends sharing a common vision. To transform something that people use everyday, their mobile phones, into a force for good. They launched it in late 2012 in the UK and it's been growing ever since. In January 2014, Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, joined the company. Our goal is to raise billions for good causes worldwide, delivering goodness with every connection made. 10% of customers’ mobile bill is directed to their cause or charity of choice at no extra cost to them.

Unbeatable charity and prices wrapped in one MVNO! Great SPRINT and TMO MVNO. Not only did they offer some great plans to the folks who were caught up in the RingPlus foldup fiasco, they are VERY reasonably priced and offer 10% donation to charity of your choice. The ONLY minor downside to these guys is the computer website will not let you swap CDMA devices unless you talk to someone. You have to make a call to a real person in the USA (not necessarily a bad thing) to change devices. All the CS staff there are professional and courteous!

Great customer service, good coverage in cities I really like TPO and have been impressed by their customer service. I'd also recommend them to my friends - and have already. The missing star is just that the coverage is not as expansive as other providers, so travels far away (very rural) from cities can mean low or no bars. I'm almost never away from cities except when I also want to be away from my phone, so it's no big deal for me to lose a bit of theoretical coverage so that I can save over $40/month off stupid Verizon. My bill now is $20 and my service in this coffee shop is full bars 4G LTE. So, there you have it.

Inexpensive and reliable mobile service TPO mobile service was very good and I will use it again when needed. unfortunately, teh initial onboarding process was frustrating as my AT&T iPhone 5s required some settings tweaks and I wasn't able to get TPO to resolve it. I was forced to troubleshoot and resolve on my own. Also TPO could do better by updating its website to allow the user to change basic information such as their billing address.

TPO is reasonably priced (for the US) TPO is reasonably priced (for the US), but the coverage isn't great. For some reason, I have no coverage in the old buildings in which I work and live. Other networks do have coverage in these buildings. I don't know what the problem is, but this is definitely a drawback! I also travel a lot for work and do not consider the international packages available either user friendly or reasonably priced.

It is very difficult to get any… It is very difficult to get any support. The online website is extremely difficult to work through. When My credit card date expired, they never tried contacting me. They just shut the account off. It was like pulling teeth with their "customer service" person once I finally got through to them. If the pricing wasn't as low as it is, I would be gone yesterday. When I finally got re-instated, the girl just hung up the phone. No comments. No thanks.
