We have had a lot of hicups in the beginning but the support team especially Bikram has always managed to get any issue solved. We just love the product and all its customization options. Deekshit has got to be one of the most patient people I have ever met. I literally have asked him 100's of questions..probably similar questions...and he always points me in the right direction! I would defiantly recommend Templatic to anybody who is looking at trying to build a website.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I purchased the Club Theme. Unfortunately I needed a refund due to what I needed the theme to do however the themes are very well built. They gave me a refund immediately. I am looking at some of the updates coming with the themes and it's excellent value for money!

With the release of Wordpress 5.5, many of the plugins and themes were not ready and some elements of our website were not working properly. I contacted them to explain the situation and they worked on the case with me until we resolved it.
