With the release of Wordpress 5.5, many of the plugins and themes were not ready and some elements of our website were not working properly. I contacted them to explain the situation and they worked on the case with me until we resolved it. We are using the Templatic Tevolution theme… We are using the Templatic Tevolution Theme for our business directory. We have had a lot of hicups in the beginning but the support team especially Bikram has always managed to get any issue solved. We just love the product and all its customization options. Hi All Hi All, Please stop buying any themes from Templatic.com, Directory theme or any Club Membership. Phishing issues and it has bad mobile friendly plus lot of issues, not connect to the plugin some times and Support they have only email. I had club membership and and paid full premium its utterly wast of time. Don't wast your money with Templatic.com.
