Bad company ever I deal with Its almost 6 month working with templatic support team, but they can't fix bug within their own PayU Latam plugin. I am still looking for external developer who can fix payment gateway issue for me. Support team is really nonsense. I even offered them to do a paid fix but they are asking me stupid questions and never fix the issue. Super bad company I ever deal with.

I can't recommend their products and their company enough!!! Purchased a template a few months ago, I could not be happier! We are using the Templatic Tevolution theme… We are using the Templatic Tevolution Theme for our business directory. We have had a lot of hicups in the beginning but the support team especially Bikram has always managed to get any issue solved. We just love the product and all its customization options. Exceptional customer support-better than most. I am very impressed with the support and help given me from Templatic. Companies with products costing thousands of dollars (or more) don't provide the level of support that I've seen from Templatic. Even before I purchased my theme template from them, they responded to multiple emails and even spoke with me to thoroughly answer EVERY question I've asked and provided me with recommendations to help me achieve my objectives, even recommending other products. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything from them, but now I'll be their customer for life. I wish other companies were more like them with their customer support.
