I would absolutely use their themes again because I know that I will always have prompt support when needed. I maintained the same contact for support through all 30+ of our back and forth messages as well which was very efficient.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I purchased the Club Theme. Unfortunately I needed a refund due to what I needed the theme to do however the themes are very well built. They gave me a refund immediately. I am looking at some of the updates coming with the themes and it's excellent value for money!

As somebody that is not a developer As somebody that is not a developer, and a complete novice....the folks at Templatic have been really really good to me. Deekshit has got to be one of the most patient people I have ever met. I literally have asked him 100's of questions..probably similar questions...and he always points me in the right direction! I would defiantly recommend Templatic to anybody who is looking at trying to build a website.

I just purchased, this is not my final review I just purchased their installation service. I don't know why their own installed theme look so different from their demo site. Main function error I am waiting for their support email back: you are not able to submit ad on a classified ads site. There are no fields to display before submitting. Their demo site doesn't have this error. No email reply from support yet. But If the basic ad submission error can not be solved. I would ask for a full refund from PayPal.

Hi All Hi All, Please stop buying any themes from Templatic.com, Directory theme or any Club Membership. Phishing issues and it has bad mobile friendly plus lot of issues, not connect to the plugin some times and Support they have only email. I had club membership and and paid full premium its utterly wast of time. Don't wast your money with Templatic.com.
