GBI just purchased, this is not my final review I just purchased their installation service. I don't know why their own installed theme look so different from their demo site. Main function error I am waiting for their support email back: you are not able to submit ad on a classified ads site. There are no fields to display before submitting. Their demo site doesn't have this error. No email reply from support yet. But If the basic ad submission error can not be solved. I would ask for a full refund from PayPal.

GBExceptional customer support-better than most. I am very impressed with the support and help given me from Templatic. Companies with products costing thousands of dollars (or more) don't provide the level of support that I've seen from Templatic. Even before I purchased my theme template from them, they responded to multiple emails and even spoke with me to thoroughly answer EVERY question I've asked and provided me with recommendations to help me achieve my objectives, even recommending other products. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything from them, but now I'll be their customer for life. I wish other companies were more like them with their customer support.

GBI use several of the Templatic themes… I use several of the Templatic themes and really love the time it saves me in development. I have one real estate theme from them for an agent on a small island and it makes her shine.arubapalmsrealtors.com It's a gorgeous layout and the support is unmatched in all the themes I have used. I am very happy with Templatic and highly recommend them.

INBad company ever I deal with Its almost 6 month working with templatic support team, but they can't fix bug within their own PayU Latam plugin. I am still looking for external developer who can fix payment gateway issue for me. Support team is really nonsense. I even offered them to do a paid fix but they are asking me stupid questions and never fix the issue. Super bad company I ever deal with.
