Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I purchased the Club Theme. Unfortunately I needed a refund due to what I needed the theme to do however the themes are very well built. They gave me a refund immediately. I am looking at some of the updates coming with the themes and it's excellent value for money!

Bad company ever I deal with Its almost 6 month working with templatic support team, but they can't fix bug within their own PayU Latam plugin. I am still looking for external developer who can fix payment gateway issue for me. Support team is really nonsense. I even offered them to do a paid fix but they are asking me stupid questions and never fix the issue. Super bad company I ever deal with.

With the release of Wordpress 5.5, many of the plugins and themes were not ready and some elements of our website were not working properly. I contacted them to explain the situation and they worked on the case with me until we resolved it.
