I checked out Smiledirectclub.com and… I checked out Smiledirectclub.com and it was kind of fine, nothing that stood out really. The reviews seemed good, but I wouldn't say it was anything extraordinary. It seemed like your typical, run-of-the-mill dental service, nothing particularly special. The website looked okay, the information was there, but it didn't blow my mind or anything. It was just an ordinary experience, nothing too special. The range of products was alright, but not amazing. Overall, it was just a typical, just-okay kind of thing.

Amazing Customer Service ! The SmileGuide was amazing! She was so professional and very personable. Though the SmileGuide was working alone, she made sure to let myself and other customers know of the unexpected extended wait times that we may experience (which wasn’t very long). She had such a welcoming personality and it made me feel happy to be there. I was comfortable with her and would definitely recommend this SmileShop to anyone just based off the great customer service! The appointment was quick and easy to understand as well as straight to the point! I’m excited for my new smile!

Fantastic experience Divine is so nice and informative! My son was excited but a bit nervous at first. By the end of the visit he was basically jumping up and down with pure joy and happiness! He didn't stop talking about it all the way home! Great experience! Thank you Divine

Rikki was awesome - until Smile Direct went out of business Rikki was awesome. I didn’t expect to get that level of care and expertise outside of a dentist’s office. Update 12/16/23 : Rikki was awesome but little did I know SmileDirect was about to crash out. I was promised my aligneds in a weeks time but they never came - then I learned they would cancelled all orders and I basically lost the $300 I put down.
