I checked out Smiledirectclub.com and… I checked out Smiledirectclub.com and it was kind of fine, nothing that stood out really. The reviews seemed good, but I wouldn't say it was anything extraordinary. It seemed like your typical, run-of-the-mill dental service, nothing particularly special. The website looked okay, the information was there, but it didn't blow my mind or anything. It was just an ordinary experience, nothing too special. The range of products was alright, but not amazing. Overall, it was just a typical, just-okay kind of thing.

Another Great Experience Very clean and inviting space at the Portland location. Luci was great and answered all my questions, I left feeling very confident about the touch-up process. That’s the Smile Direct style I know and appreciate 👍🏻

Never too old to be Bold First experience at 64 years old getting aligners. It was a wonderful comfortable friendly experience. Amazing Amazing! Although I called earlier to see if I can come in early. Who ever answered the phone was rude. Once I arrived the young African-American women was amazing she made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything to me but the receptionist needs training
