An impressive experience … Even tho I had to drive to St Paul from Duluth, the whole appointment process was easy & the 3D image impressive! Cory was very helpful & professional! Considering how far I had to travel (because Imprint kit trays did not fit) , I was well compensated for the imposition with the $25 Visa & whitening kit ! Thank you. I can’t wait to receive my aligners & get started!

Amazing Customer Service ! The SmileGuide was amazing! She was so professional and very personable. Though the SmileGuide was working alone, she made sure to let myself and other customers know of the unexpected extended wait times that we may experience (which wasn’t very long). She had such a welcoming personality and it made me feel happy to be there. I was comfortable with her and would definitely recommend this SmileShop to anyone just based off the great customer service! The appointment was quick and easy to understand as well as straight to the point! I’m excited for my new smile!
