GBRikki was awesome - until Smile Direct went out of business Rikki was awesome. I didn’t expect to get that level of care and expertise outside of a dentist’s office. Update 12/16/23 : Rikki was awesome but little did I know SmileDirect was about to crash out. I was promised my aligneds in a weeks time but they never came - then I learned they would cancelled all orders and I basically lost the $300 I put down.

GBNever too old to be Bold First experience at 64 years old getting aligners. It was a wonderful comfortable friendly experience. Allison my SmileGuide in Omaha, Nebraska explained the process every step of the way! Technology was out of this world! Can’t wait to see and feel the results. I am sooo excited! GBRue was amazing! Initially, when I walked into the building I felt so much anxiety because I didn’t know what to expect from my appointment. However, after meeting my SmileGuide, Rue, my anxiety immediately began to diminish. He greeted me with such a positive attitude and friendly smile, which made me feel extremely comfortable. Rue was very professional, reassuring, informative, and thorough about the entire process from beginning to end. Thanks to Rue I am eager to start my journey and see my smile transform. The environment was also a plus! It was extremely clean and organized.

GBI was very hesitant to start this… I was very hesitant to start this journey as my son is 13 and autistic. The ladies at the Avon store reassured me and were very patient with my child, never making him feel embarrassed. He was smiling by the time we left. The only complaint would be the online marketing not being consistent with the in office visit.

I appreciate that he listened carefully, didn't push the more expensive program after he explained the two, and I had made my pick, and he went above and beyond to be complete in all aspects of the process.
