USI checked out Smiledirectclub.com and… I checked out Smiledirectclub.com and it was kind of fine, nothing that stood out really. The reviews seemed good, but I wouldn't say it was anything extraordinary. It seemed like your typical, run-of-the-mill dental service, nothing particularly special. The website looked okay, the information was there, but it didn't blow my mind or anything. It was just an ordinary experience, nothing too special. The range of products was alright, but not amazing. Overall, it was just a typical, just-okay kind of thing.

USRikki was awesome - until Smile Direct went out of business Rikki was awesome. I didn’t expect to get that level of care and expertise outside of a dentist’s office. Update 12/16/23 : Rikki was awesome but little did I know SmileDirect was about to crash out. I was promised my aligneds in a weeks time but they never came - then I learned they would cancelled all orders and I basically lost the $300 I put down.

GBCunning tactics First and foremost, Trust pilot should take a look at the way the company collects their feedback. After the initial appointment, which is usually a very pleasant experience, each customer receives a feedback request. It's most likely that every customer will give them 5* However, the problems usually start within a month or two. Every single person you talk to gives you a different advice or doesn't have a clue what your query is, even if it's written on the notes. Their tactics are dishonest and cunning, and the initial feedback has nothing to do with the overall experience.

USthe person at the smile shop is…Kristy is fabulous the person at the smile shop is fabulous, however, I cannot say the same for your DEPLORABLE customer service!!! I was just there last week and your people mistakenly had me listed as a retainer adjustment when in fact, I was going back INTO TREATMENT, which the person (Kristy) at the smile shop noted and sent to you, UPDATE: I see your reply, I'm in my FOURTH year of what was a 6 month treatment plan and my teeth are NOT STRAIGHT, you refused to refund my money, only offered me $100 to just go away, or stay on and continue with refits. I ordered retainers because you offered me a sale price, thinking for the future, but nope, you sent them to me and closed my account!!! This refit was for me to get back into treatment, I'm sorry but your customer service is ridiculous!!!
