GBI was very hesitant to start this… I was very hesitant to start this journey as my son is 13 and autistic. The ladies at the Avon store reassured me and were very patient with my child, never making him feel embarrassed. He was smiling by the time we left. The only complaint would be the online marketing not being consistent with the in office visit.

GBThe whole process was very smooth The whole process was very smooth, was very surprised by the price (in a good way) forgive me, I can not remember the names of the employees who helped me at the Saint Louis location, but they made the experience so much more worth it. Just overall a pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone. 😁

GBThey gave us all the information… They gave us all the information related to the treatment, there were patient and understanding. The only question I have is if you have any promotions like buy one and get one. I am giving these treatments as a gift for two teen girls. I really will appreciate if you have any promotions thank you

GBthe person at the smile shop is…Kristy is fabulous the person at the smile shop is fabulous, however, I cannot say the same for your DEPLORABLE customer service!!! I was just there last week and your people mistakenly had me listed as a retainer adjustment when in fact, I was going back INTO TREATMENT, which the person (Kristy) at the smile shop noted and sent to you, UPDATE: I see your reply, I'm in my FOURTH year of what was a 6 month treatment plan and my teeth are NOT STRAIGHT, you refused to refund my money, only offered me $100 to just go away, or stay on and continue with refits. I ordered retainers because you offered me a sale price, thinking for the future, but nope, you sent them to me and closed my account!!! This refit was for me to get back into treatment, I'm sorry but your customer service is ridiculous!!!
