the person at the smile shop is…Kristy is fabulous the person at the smile shop is fabulous, however, I cannot say the same for your DEPLORABLE customer service!!! I was just there last week and your people mistakenly had me listed as a retainer adjustment when in fact, I was going back INTO TREATMENT, which the person (Kristy) at the smile shop noted and sent to you, UPDATE: I see your reply, I'm in my FOURTH year of what was a 6 month treatment plan and my teeth are NOT STRAIGHT, you refused to refund my money, only offered me $100 to just go away, or stay on and continue with refits. I ordered retainers because you offered me a sale price, thinking for the future, but nope, you sent them to me and closed my account!!! This refit was for me to get back into treatment, I'm sorry but your customer service is ridiculous!!!

Another Great Experience Very clean and inviting space at the Portland location. Luci was great and answered all my questions, I left feeling very confident about the touch-up process. That’s the Smile Direct style I know and appreciate 👍🏻

Never too old to be Bold First experience at 64 years old getting aligners. It was a wonderful comfortable friendly experience. Allison my SmileGuide in Omaha, Nebraska explained the process every step of the way! Technology was out of this world! Can’t wait to see and feel the results. I am sooo excited! Great Experience Edwin (Nashville) made the experience great. He was smiling, caring, careful, and knows his SmileDirect approach. I appreciate that he listened carefully, didn't push the more expensive program after he explained the two, and I had made my pick, and he went above and beyond to be complete in all aspects of the process.

Fantastic experience Divine is so nice and informative! My son was excited but a bit nervous at first. By the end of the visit he was basically jumping up and down with pure joy and happiness! He didn't stop talking about it all the way home! Great experience! Thank you Divine
