They accepted a booking, took the guests money and when we tried to correct the issue Walter (agent) started screaming and hung up. Out of the states, fake and fraudulent company.

GBFuturestay method I recently took a course on the short-term rental market "The Futurestay Method" and I must say that it was an excellent experience overall. The platform was easy to use and navigate, and the course content was well-organized and informative. The instructor Nick was highly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, which made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. They provided practical tips and strategies for managing short house rentals, from marketing and pricing to managing guest relationships and maintenance issues. One of the things I appreciated most about the course was the flexibility it offered. I could work through the material at my own pace and access the course materials whenever it was convenient for me. Also, the option to receive a certificate upon successfully answering questions after each topic is an excellent feature that this education platform offers. I highly recommend this education platform and this course to anyone interested in short house rentals. It was an excellent investment of my time and money, and I feel much more confident and prepared to take on the challenges of managing a short-term rental property.

ATUnable to disconnect. Very bad experience! I made the terrible mistake to create a futurestay account via AirDNA and connected my listing to it. I never used their services and immediately archived my listing after I connected it. However, Airbnb now thinks I'm managing my account through a managing software and automatically changed my service fees from 3% to 15%. I have requested futurestay to disconnect property from my account multiple times but haven't been successful yet. A few days ago customer service assured me my property has been disconnected but it has not. Very annoyed at this point! Save yourself the trouble and don't use the software.
