GBThis is a very slow and buggy service This is a very slow and buggy service. Just get something else and save your time. I wish I knew this months ago. Customer service is non-existent without finding the details of upper management. Which is something I had to do. The onboarding took weeks (yes weeks), while I tried to connect with relevant team members. Eventually the c-suite connected me to customer service who claimed it was an isolated incident but reading reviews o multiple sites, it's clear the best aspect of futurestay is their marketing. Customer service offered a gift card later, but claimed I needed to stay on for one month before receiving it, which seemed like they were trying to pay me to stay on. So I decided it wouldn't be worth it if the platform had no confidence I would stay without a carrot and a stick. Figured there was little internal confidence in the software either.

CAVery impressive The future stay method is necessary for anyone interested in short term rentals. What an amazing course! Super engaging with the relevant info/ resources needed for those with rental properties. It helped me understand how exactly to start my business in a manor that was fun and totally comprehensible. On top of that they provide very convenient resources and make sure the content sticks. Overall, exceeded expectations

CHFuturestay: fraudulent piece of parasite software Same for me, as other hosts say. My listing has been completely hijacked, altered, services which I do not offer added. The commission for the host on airbnb went from 3% to 15%. I requested immediate disconnection, they said it is disconnected, but after the call with airbnb I learnt that not, Futurestay takes the commission for every reservation I take. I am on call with airbnb requesting to remove the parasite code from my listings, so I can manage properties myself, as before. A big mistake, costed me a lot of money, and sleepless nights.

GBFuturestay method I recently took a course on the short-term rental market "The Futurestay Method" and I must say that it was an excellent experience overall. The platform was easy to use and navigate, and the course content was well-organized and informative. The instructor Nick was highly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, which made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. They provided practical tips and strategies for managing short house rentals, from marketing and pricing to managing guest relationships and maintenance issues. One of the things I appreciated most about the course was the flexibility it offered. I could work through the material at my own pace and access the course materials whenever it was convenient for me. Also, the option to receive a certificate upon successfully answering questions after each topic is an excellent feature that this education platform offers. I highly recommend this education platform and this course to anyone interested in short house rentals. It was an excellent investment of my time and money, and I feel much more confident and prepared to take on the challenges of managing a short-term rental property.
