I have NEVER encountered a company with worse customer service - plain ignorance and flat out ignoring what your clients say and request! I have had an account with you for over a month now and it has been a constant headache and NOW, you have retrieved a deleted listing and linked it to Booking.com that has now received reservations that I can't cancel, even though the listing no longer exists - at all! And NO help from anyone!! I have notified the BBB, FBI Fraud Dept. and will be blasting our story all over the web until this issue is fixed!!!!

Futurestay method I recently took a course on the short-term rental market "The Futurestay Method" and I must say that it was an excellent experience overall. The platform was easy to use and navigate, and the course content was well-organized and informative. The instructor Nick was highly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, which made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. They provided practical tips and strategies for managing short house rentals, from marketing and pricing to managing guest relationships and maintenance issues. One of the things I appreciated most about the course was the flexibility it offered. I could work through the material at my own pace and access the course materials whenever it was convenient for me. Also, the option to receive a certificate upon successfully answering questions after each topic is an excellent feature that this education platform offers. I highly recommend this education platform and this course to anyone interested in short house rentals. It was an excellent investment of my time and money, and I feel much more confident and prepared to take on the challenges of managing a short-term rental property.

Started on Airbnb I have been operating my vacation rental for two years on Airbnb and have done quite well but knew that I could be making more money if I knew how. One of my friends told me about Futurestay and I took the courses and used their system to list onto Google which helped me start getting direct bookings where I make more money than on Airbnb.
