Futurestay posted my listing without… Futurestay posted my listing without authorization and without us having an account. They accepted a booking, took the guests money and when we tried to correct the issue Walter (agent) started screaming and hung up. Out of the states, fake and fraudulent company.

Unable to disconnect. Very bad experience! I made the terrible mistake to create a futurestay account via AirDNA and connected my listing to it. I never used their services and immediately archived my listing after I connected it. However, Airbnb now thinks I'm managing my account through a managing software and automatically changed my service fees from 3% to 15%. I have requested futurestay to disconnect property from my account multiple times but haven't been successful yet. A few days ago customer service assured me my property has been disconnected but it has not. Very annoyed at this point! Save yourself the trouble and don't use the software.
