CAThey don't provide dmarc and dkim for… They don't provide dmarc and dkim for domain authentication. Not only that they charged us web hosting when we only had email hosting and refused to refund the fees and were rude about it. Be careful and look at your invoice closely.

USI am really surprised with the quality… I removed the previous bad review. After talking with One of the managers, Ms. Joy. She fixed my issues. Hostway really needs to provide proper customer service skills to their billing agents. They are extremely arrogant and have zero (0) respect for customers. The reason I increased to 3 stars is because of the manager's resolution of my problem.
