GBSatisfied customer of 22 years! Hostway has hosted my Web site for more than two decades, during which time my site has never had any problems. Any time I have had technical questions, I have always received prompt help. Thank you Hostway.com! I appreciate the service you provide, and I recommend you.

GBMostly Satisfied Mostly Satisfied I realize that I am a small user of Hostway services. I am VERY satisfied with the Exchange Hosting. Especially the dependability of the service and the SPAM filtering. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing Exchange Hosting services. My small level of dissatisfaction is with the response of the web-hosting Support Team. Again, I realize that I only have a single domain but it took, in my opinion, much to much time and effort on my part to get a domain transferred/registered and have web-hosting services assigned. This may be halo effect in that this was my last recent experience with the Hostway staff, but if were not for that experience I would have given Hostway a 5-star rating.

MAvery bad company for hosting very bad company for hosting, in fact I had my email hosting there, one day my account was suspended because someone hacked it and I had already linked my email with a lot of company for two-factor authentication but hostway refuses to anyway to find solution of my problem

CAThey don't provide dmarc and dkim for… They don't provide dmarc and dkim for domain authentication. Not only that they charged us web hosting when we only had email hosting and refused to refund the fees and were rude about it. Be careful and look at your invoice closely.

GBOur Church emails were with Spectrum… Our Church emails were with Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Business) for several years. When Spectrum decided to stop hosting they sent an email to that effect. Trying to deal with Spectrum was almost impossible because they insisted they did not host the mail. Find out they (while still TWC) had contracted with Mimecast for hosting. Mimecast wouldn't release records because their deal was with Time Warner Cable. Finally, a Hostway representative took the time (and a lot of it) to straighten out the mess and get all the MX records and addresses switched. Mail has worked flawlessly since then. We could not be more pleased.
