DKTerrible service Hostway hosted our pl.domain. In the meantime Hostwat stopped offering pl-domains and claimed there was a technical problem in renewing our website. Instead of suggesting us to transfer our website to another provider, they kept assuring us, that they were investigating the case - for more than 2 months. Eventually our domain was hi-jacked by an alien company, when Hostway allowed it to expire - so we had to buy it for a big sum. No regrets, no honesty - stay away!

GBI have been using hostway for several… I have been using hostway for several decades and what few problems I encountered were quickly remedied by customer support. The support is fast and the ability to edit my website is very intuitive with no instruction needed to modify my website.

GBVery pleased We have used Hostway for quite a few years to host our business website and email system. In all that time we’ve only had a 2 or 3 relatively minor issues. Their customer support is very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend them.

GBI am really surprised with the quality… I removed the previous bad review. After talking with One of the managers, Ms. Joy. She fixed my issues. Hostway really needs to provide proper customer service skills to their billing agents. They are extremely arrogant and have zero (0) respect for customers. The reason I increased to 3 stars is because of the manager's resolution of my problem.
