DKTerrible service Hostway hosted our pl.domain. In the meantime Hostwat stopped offering pl-domains and claimed there was a technical problem in renewing our website. Instead of suggesting us to transfer our website to another provider, they kept assuring us, that they were investigating the case - for more than 2 months. Eventually our domain was hi-jacked by an alien company, when Hostway allowed it to expire - so we had to buy it for a big sum. No regrets, no honesty - stay away!

While I'm just a small (personal use) customer with a couple of domains and a handful of exchange accounts - it certainly feels like they treat me like a large corporate. Customer service is always helpful, and the service itself is fabulous.
