GBSell sell and no good results and bank information and then what happens when data breach happens? Just I like has experience with other companies in the past. I want to order fiber quantum internet? I checked on line the have a package $50.00 but is only automatic payment? They won’t accept or send paper bills anymore? Just very traditional my self why because they want your bank account routing number! So you can get stuck? And then while I am waiting for them to decide if I can get paper bill? They have promotions only for one time only cable? Really I don’t care about your cable why can you do what I am asking ? And the promotion of the cable is amazing really? That is how usually a bad company in headache are all about? And told the employe yes you do offer services on my building? But not still want to get my email address and all my personal information? Ridiculous! Get to point and now that see the bad and goo review here on you company ? I guess I have to look for a different company .

GBService via Telephone I called Century Link to make changes on my pkg telephone and Internet. I was put on hold for 1 hour and 25 minuets finally a person who then transferred me and I waited an additional 1 hour! I find this unacceptable for service they should be performing. Service they provide once you get the right person on repairs seem to be fine. That is why I rated 2 stars. If you call on service you need lots of time and a good phone for hold. Bill A

GBOn and Off I've had CenturyLink for a few years now. I experience daily interruptions of service. The 10Mbs I signed for, well, I'm still waiting to hit that speed. The best I've ever gotten was 8Mbs. If it weren't for the fact that they are the "only business in town" I would have dumped them a long time ago.
