GBDon’t Order Online!!!! I ordered something from them recently and they messed up the order because they use some idiotic convoluted shipping method where the order starts with UPS then gets transferred to USPS. Claire customer service said there was nothing they could do when my order was messed up and they wouldn’t resend it, they could only refund me. I still haven’t been refunded and I just will never get my order. I will never order anything from this company again. It’s ridiculous! I would give zero stars if possible.

JPDon't go here unless you want blood poisoning! id give this a 0 if i can, i got my ears pierced, after it my ears started to hurt so i cleaned them everyday, even though i cleaned them regularly, my ears started to bleed, hurt, scabs came off. Then i realised the jewellery was metal not a gold like i asked. They got infected had to take them out, they are so much better now. would not recommend, they arnt professionals!

GBI am more than enthusiastic about… I am more than enthusiastic about Claires. I had my right ear pierced at the first of June and my left ear pierced July 9th. Both of these experiences were really pleasant and positive. Their 3 week healing solution really works extremely well, my right ear was healed in 19 days and I replaced starter ear stud with one I had recently purchased, no issues at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Claires with no reservations at all. THANK YOU CLAIRES very much.

IEAvoid online if living in Ireland Ordered stuff on 4th April,not shipped until 11th, didn't arrive until the 18th. Claire's need to up their game if they want to keep Irish customers. From where I am standing,they want our money, but we should be grateful they allow us to deal with them. Very shoddy experience.

GBORDER NUMBER 012355587 ORDER NUMBER 012355587 Absolutely Disgusting customer service either by email or telephone. Order received with a small ceramic dish (was to be a birthday gift) thrown unwrapped into a large Jiffy bag, obviously it arrived smashed together with various sets of earrings broken also. I have now spent a whole day on the UNANSWERED customer service number from 9-5pm and tried without success to email my issues too. It’s apparent to me that both these forms of contact at CLAIRES are unmanned. Out of desperation I opted to ring head office only to find that is also the same contact number!!!! What’s the point & what else can I do to get the matter resolved successfully. Judging by the aforementioned comments I’ve little hope!
