Order received with a small ceramic dish (was to be a birthday gift) thrown unwrapped into a large Jiffy bag, obviously it arrived smashed together with various sets of earrings broken also. I have now spent a whole day on the UNANSWERED customer service number from 9-5pm and tried without success to email my issues too. It’s apparent to me that both these forms of contact at CLAIRES are unmanned. Out of desperation I opted to ring head office only to find that is also the same contact number!!!! What’s the point & what else can I do to get the matter resolved successfully. Judging by the aforementioned comments I’ve little hope!

Avoid claire's I had multiple times disappointed about claires in ireland. Got very expensive Stitch backpack for my daughter, zip was broken in 3 weeks. Got anklet for €12!, has broken after 3 wears and more other things. In mostly shops no one asking for yor phone # or email to earn the points.

Poor customer service The associate sit on the floor behind the counter to avoid interacting with customers. When my daughters ear piercing came out by accident a week later they acted like they did not remember us and insisted on an actual receipt to repeirce her ear even though I had the ear ring in hand. They insisted I have to spend another $80 for a new one. They were very unhelpful and rude.

Poorly made rubbish I purchased a pair of bracelets for my grand-daughters with "big sis" and "lil sis" beads. They were delighted but disappointedly the elastic broke on both within hours, leaving one of them in floods of tears. I felt I'd cheated them, but in reality it was Claire's that had cheated all of us with shoddy goods. I will not be buying from them again. Sadly I had bought them online and not kept the paperwork.

Don't go here unless you want blood poisoning! id give this a 0 if i can, i got my ears pierced, after it my ears started to hurt so i cleaned them everyday, even though i cleaned them regularly, my ears started to bleed, hurt, scabs came off. Then i realised the jewellery was metal not a gold like i asked. They got infected had to take them out, they are so much better now. would not recommend, they arnt professionals!
