The employees were EXTREMELY RUDE The employees were EXTREMELY RUDE. She close the door to my face while I was talking to her during my return and she didn't want to accept my return even though I had my receipt and the card that I purchased them with. So unprofessional I wish the store director could get back to me because they're is a lot more to it.

No care for customer This was the first and last time i ever order from this company. They don't respond to e-mails sent to their customer 'care', they don't package with care either. I ordered three tiaras and all of them were bent because there's no protection in the too big box that was dented like heck!!! The wares are just thrown in an empty box and it gets send on it's way... So disappointing, especially as i did like the actual stores very much. No solution for the damages either. I paid so much money for the tiaras and they don't even fit my head anymore, they're always crooked on my head. i am sooo angry!! Claire's, you need to step up your game for real!!!

Another good experience :) Made another order here, cause the last one went great :) and this time again a good experience! Took a little longer for it to arrive, but that's probably because of the holidays. Again the packaging could be better, this time nothing was damaged luckily. But they should really improve on packaging. Also tracking doesn't always update properly and it doesn't say when it will arrive.. they could really improve on that too.

Poor customer service The associate sit on the floor behind the counter to avoid interacting with customers. When my daughters ear piercing came out by accident a week later they acted like they did not remember us and insisted on an actual receipt to repeirce her ear even though I had the ear ring in hand. They insisted I have to spend another $80 for a new one. They were very unhelpful and rude.

ORDER NUMBER 012355587 ORDER NUMBER 012355587 Absolutely Disgusting customer service either by email or telephone. Order received with a small ceramic dish (was to be a birthday gift) thrown unwrapped into a large Jiffy bag, obviously it arrived smashed together with various sets of earrings broken also. I have now spent a whole day on the UNANSWERED customer service number from 9-5pm and tried without success to email my issues too. It’s apparent to me that both these forms of contact at CLAIRES are unmanned. Out of desperation I opted to ring head office only to find that is also the same contact number!!!! What’s the point & what else can I do to get the matter resolved successfully. Judging by the aforementioned comments I’ve little hope!
