GBPoor customer service The associate sit on the floor behind the counter to avoid interacting with customers. When my daughters ear piercing came out by accident a week later they acted like they did not remember us and insisted on an actual receipt to repeirce her ear even though I had the ear ring in hand. They insisted I have to spend another $80 for a new one. They were very unhelpful and rude.

GBReally rude & miserable manager at the… Really rude & miserable manager at the Folkestone branch!! After spending a considerable amount of money in store, one item needed returning. She was really rude & sarcastic. Clearly needs more customer service skills. I was tempted to ask for a full refund on everything! It's overpriced in there anyway.

GBGot one of the purple poofy balls first… Got one of the purple poofy balls the first time. The ball was very entertaining, but the strap on top broke not even 2 hours after playing with it. The next time I also got the same thing, just a different color which was orange and the strap broke after I pulled the tag off (The tag is DIRECTLY on the strap) and as much as I love claires, the strap is super weak and breaks always.

GBDon’t Order Online!!!! I ordered something from them recently and they messed up the order because they use some idiotic convoluted shipping method where the order starts with UPS then gets transferred to USPS. Claire customer service said there was nothing they could do when my order was messed up and they wouldn’t resend it, they could only refund me. I still haven’t been refunded and I just will never get my order. I will never order anything from this company again. It’s ridiculous! I would give zero stars if possible.
