Scam company pretending to be legit Took my money for items that were unavailable. Ordered 7 items, only 3 arrived and nothing to say anything was missing. No one answers the phone and customer service email will argue semantics and ignore most of your concerns. Do not waste you time will be reporting these to Trading Standard. They should be shut down ASAP

Unacceptable pricing difference between shop and online I was very disappointed with my experience at the Tonbridge branch today. I purchased 2 barrettes and was told that they were £6.00 each. I commented that this seemed expensive and was told by the assistant "We don't set the price" I checked this on the online website a couple of hours later only to find they were on sale there for £2.40. I feel that the difference in price between online and shop cannot be justified. I only wish I had read other reviews before buying as then I would have realised what a dreadful reputation Claire's has.

Avoid online if living in Ireland Ordered stuff on 4th April,not shipped until 11th, didn't arrive until the 18th. Claire's need to up their game if they want to keep Irish customers. From where I am standing,they want our money, but we should be grateful they allow us to deal with them. Very shoddy experience.

Avoid claire's I had multiple times disappointed about claires in ireland. Got very expensive Stitch backpack for my daughter, zip was broken in 3 weeks. Got anklet for €12!, has broken after 3 wears and more other things. In mostly shops no one asking for yor phone # or email to earn the points.

Order received with a small ceramic dish (was to be a birthday gift) thrown unwrapped into a large Jiffy bag, obviously it arrived smashed together with various sets of earrings broken also. I have now spent a whole day on the UNANSWERED customer service number from 9-5pm and tried without success to email my issues too. It’s apparent to me that both these forms of contact at CLAIRES are unmanned. Out of desperation I opted to ring head office only to find that is also the same contact number!!!! What’s the point & what else can I do to get the matter resolved successfully. Judging by the aforementioned comments I’ve little hope!
