Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. Do not order from them. Ordered online on the Thursday and was advised ready to collect within hours. Heard nothing, four days later I was still chasing my order which had been cancelled without anyone bothering to let me know and despite Track My Order status still saying ‘In Progress’. Was told my money won’t have been taken until fulfilled which was incorrect as it was showing as having left my account. Terrible, unsympathetic service from staff in the store I was due to collect from. I’ll never order or visit again and will tell as many people as I can to do the same.

Don’t Order Online!!!! I ordered something from them recently and they messed up the order because they use some idiotic convoluted shipping method where the order starts with UPS then gets transferred to USPS. Claire customer service said there was nothing they could do when my order was messed up and they wouldn’t resend it, they could only refund me. I still haven’t been refunded and I just will never get my order. I will never order anything from this company again. It’s ridiculous! I would give zero stars if possible.

Really rude & miserable manager at the… Really rude & miserable manager at the Folkestone branch!! After spending a considerable amount of money in store, one item needed returning. She was really rude & sarcastic. Clearly needs more customer service skills. I was tempted to ask for a full refund on everything! It's overpriced in there anyway.

ORDER NUMBER 012355587 ORDER NUMBER 012355587 Absolutely Disgusting customer service either by email or telephone. Order received with a small ceramic dish (was to be a birthday gift) thrown unwrapped into a large Jiffy bag, obviously it arrived smashed together with various sets of earrings broken also. I have now spent a whole day on the UNANSWERED customer service number from 9-5pm and tried without success to email my issues too. It’s apparent to me that both these forms of contact at CLAIRES are unmanned. Out of desperation I opted to ring head office only to find that is also the same contact number!!!! What’s the point & what else can I do to get the matter resolved successfully. Judging by the aforementioned comments I’ve little hope!
