GBPoor customer service The associate sit on the floor behind the counter to avoid interacting with customers. When my daughters ear piercing came out by accident a week later they acted like they did not remember us and insisted on an actual receipt to repeirce her ear even though I had the ear ring in hand. They insisted I have to spend another $80 for a new one. They were very unhelpful and rude.

GBI am more than enthusiastic about… I am more than enthusiastic about Claires. I had my right ear pierced at the first of June and my left ear pierced July 9th. Both of these experiences were really pleasant and positive. Their 3 week healing solution really works extremely well, my right ear was healed in 19 days and I replaced starter ear stud with one I had recently purchased, no issues at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Claires with no reservations at all. THANK YOU CLAIRES very much.

GBWaste of Time and Money Don’t even bother wasting time and money. Website and app aren’t user friendly. Items break easily or some earrings don’t connect properly. Cheaper/discounted prices = cheap material. You get what you pay for. invest in good quality items that’ll last longer even if it’s higher priced.

IEAvoid claire's I had multiple times disappointed about claires in ireland. Got very expensive Stitch backpack for my daughter, zip was broken in 3 weeks. Got anklet for €12!, has broken after 3 wears and more other things. In mostly shops no one asking for yor phone # or email to earn the points.

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful. Do not order from them. Ordered online on the Thursday and was advised ready to collect within hours. Heard nothing, four days later I was still chasing my order which had been cancelled without anyone bothering to let me know and despite Track My Order status still saying ‘In Progress’. Was told my money won’t have been taken until fulfilled which was incorrect as it was showing as having left my account. Terrible, unsympathetic service from staff in the store I was due to collect from. I’ll never order or visit again and will tell as many people as I can to do the same.
