BENo care for customer This was the first and last time i ever order from this company. They don't respond to e-mails sent to their customer 'care', they don't package with care either. I ordered three tiaras and all of them were bent because there's no protection in the too big box that was dented like heck!!! The wares are just thrown in an empty box and it gets send on it's way... So disappointing, especially as i did like the actual stores very much. No solution for the damages either. I paid so much money for the tiaras and they don't even fit my head anymore, they're always crooked on my head. i am sooo angry!! Claire's, you need to step up your game for real!!!

GBThe 2 girls working here are clowns Really really bad service here at the scunthorpe store. Shockingly bad! The store manager (Rosina England)& her child worker friend have zero training in how to run a shop or even deal with a customer. These 2 girls running this shop will lose all customers. They have zero interest in helping a customer & simply don't seem to care about their job. Will never come back to this store again. Hopefully they will be replaced with staff who actually know what they are doing. I feel sorry for the owner of the branch... I hope they read this & realise they have employed clowns who don't care!

GBPoorly made rubbish I purchased a pair of bracelets for my grand-daughters with "big sis" and "lil sis" beads. They were delighted but disappointedly the elastic broke on both within hours, leaving one of them in floods of tears. I felt I'd cheated them, but in reality it was Claire's that had cheated all of us with shoddy goods. I will not be buying from them again. Sadly I had bought them online and not kept the paperwork.

GBScam company pretending to be legit Took my money for items that were unavailable. Ordered 7 items, only 3 arrived and nothing to say anything was missing. No one answers the phone and customer service email will argue semantics and ignore most of your concerns. Do not waste you time will be reporting these to Trading Standard. They should be shut down ASAP

IEAvoid claire's I had multiple times disappointed about claires in ireland. Got very expensive Stitch backpack for my daughter, zip was broken in 3 weeks. Got anklet for β¬12!, has broken after 3 wears and more other things. In mostly shops no one asking for yor phone # or email to earn the points.
