GBPoor customer service The associate sit on the floor behind the counter to avoid interacting with customers. When my daughters ear piercing came out by accident a week later they acted like they did not remember us and insisted on an actual receipt to repeirce her ear even though I had the ear ring in hand. They insisted I have to spend another $80 for a new one. They were very unhelpful and rude.

BENo care for customer This was the first and last time i ever order from this company. They don't respond to e-mails sent to their customer 'care', they don't package with care either. I ordered three tiaras and all of them were bent because there's no protection in the too big box that was dented like heck!!! The wares are just thrown in an empty box and it gets send on it's way... So disappointing, especially as i did like the actual stores very much. No solution for the damages either. I paid so much money for the tiaras and they don't even fit my head anymore, they're always crooked on my head. i am sooo angry!! Claire's, you need to step up your game for real!!!

IEAvoid online if living in Ireland Ordered stuff on 4th April,not shipped until 11th, didn't arrive until the 18th. Claire's need to up their game if they want to keep Irish customers. From where I am standing,they want our money, but we should be grateful they allow us to deal with them. Very shoddy experience.

JPDon't go here unless you want blood poisoning! id give this a 0 if i can, i got my ears pierced, after it my ears started to hurt so i cleaned them everyday, even though i cleaned them regularly, my ears started to bleed, hurt, scabs came off. Then i realised the jewellery was metal not a gold like i asked. They got infected had to take them out, they are so much better now. would not recommend, they arnt professionals!

GBThe employees were EXTREMELY RUDE The employees were EXTREMELY RUDE. She close the door to my face while I was talking to her during my return and she didn't want to accept my return even though I had my receipt and the card that I purchased them with. So unprofessional I wish the store director could get back to me because they're is a lot more to it.
