ESVery poor customer service I purchased a 2 year vpn product from spider vpn in September. For the past 2 weeks I unable to access the service. I have raised this with spider vpn customer service online ( apparently this is the only way of contact ) The support given from customer Service has been very poor. They take nearly 24 hours to reply and when they do, they are unable to resolve the issue. I have asked for someone to contact me to which I stil have not had a reply. So basically I have paid for 2 year service but I am unable to access the service. I would not recommend this vpn provider as I have experienced very poor customer service.

GBVPN connectivity Small technical issue with my router VPN service. Opened a ticket with advice on problem and within 15 mins the support staff had updated the router firmware and relief back asking me to login again etc. problem solved. Excellent service.

GBThey suspended my service 3 months in a… They suspended my service 3 months in a row for non payment even though I had paid via PayPal. Each time I was forced to log a ticket and give them the payment id which took days for them to respond to. On the third time I decided to cancel and go to another provider.

GBworth every penny been using the service since 2018 and now have 2 active subscriptions for past 2 years (software and Router), barley have problems and when i do they are always on hand to help no matter what! i highly recommend and do suggest the 3 year plan as offers better value!
