It works great Thanks to SpiderVPN's Support Team, my connection troubles were fixed. I am now enjoying fast and stable traffic. Original review - 09/13/2019 : Bought a pro router package. Installed it and all was perfect. But depending on the location used, the router disconnects frequently. For example, impossible to use the Norway or Australia. Connected to Netherlands, it disconnects frequently. Connected to Italy, it is stable.

Within a short time, they put me on the right track. My IPTV is not suffering the severe buffering it recently encountered. Many thanks to the team. Highly recommended.

worth every penny been using the service since 2018 and now have 2 active subscriptions for past 2 years (software and Router), barley have problems and when i do they are always on hand to help no matter what! i highly recommend and do suggest the 3 year plan as offers better value!

Blocks outgoing emails and frequenty get told of 'unusual traffic' by google. Connects OK, and easy to set up, internet works. There are however two major issues with the Spider VPN. 1) Their endpoint IP addresses are frequently on the Spamhaus list for spam email. This means that outgoing email gets blocked by your email provider. Not the email providers fault, they just take note of the Spamhaus list. Spider VPN need to ensure their endpoints are not on the Spamhaus lists. 2) Frequently get error messages out of google saying they have detected unusual traffic from the network and requiring a CAPTCHA to continue. This should not happen.

I have only given 1 star as it wont let… I have only given 1 star as it wont let me give less. technical support is dire, they suspended my service saying payment had not gone through, paypal and the bank says it had and i showed them the proof, they had not got back in touch after 2 days to get me back on line so I cancelled it and went elsewhere, I cant stand incompetence. you can get better for cheaper.
