Great customer care Only had this a week or so, had a bit of a problem initially but after putting a ticket in on SpiderVpn client area I was called back virtually straight away. Best in the market ! Hands down, the single BEST way to protect your family on the Internet. There are so many options and different ways to filter based on your specific needs. You can easily block all traffic based on time of day, block only specific sites, block all sites except those you specifically permit, etc. Furthermore, Spider VPN Tech Support is second to none. I ALWAYS receive a response from their email support system in less than 24 hours and usually within two. Have never had to use telephone support so I can only imagine it’s even better. You simply can’t go wrong here.

VPN connectivity Small technical issue with my router VPN service. Opened a ticket with advice on problem and within 15 mins the support staff had updated the router firmware and relief back asking me to login again etc. problem solved. Excellent service.

It works great Thanks to SpiderVPN's Support Team, my connection troubles were fixed. I am now enjoying fast and stable traffic. Original review - 09/13/2019 : Bought a pro router package. Installed it and all was perfect. But depending on the location used, the router disconnects frequently. For example, impossible to use the Norway or Australia. Connected to Netherlands, it disconnects frequently. Connected to Italy, it is stable.
