Very poor customer service I purchased a 2 year vpn product from spider vpn in September. For the past 2 weeks I unable to access the service. I have raised this with spider vpn customer service online ( apparently this is the only way of contact ) The support given from customer Service has been very poor. They take nearly 24 hours to reply and when they do, they are unable to resolve the issue. I have asked for someone to contact me to which I stil have not had a reply. So basically I have paid for 2 year service but I am unable to access the service. I would not recommend this vpn provider as I have experienced very poor customer service.

VPN connectivity Small technical issue with my router VPN service. Opened a ticket with advice on problem and within 15 mins the support staff had updated the router firmware and relief back asking me to login again etc. problem solved. Excellent service.

Had problems with BBC Iplayer on my TV… Had problems with BBC Iplayer on my TV and Iphone. They sorted this out. All working now.

Blocks outgoing emails and frequenty get told of 'unusual traffic' by google. Connects OK, and easy to set up, internet works. There are however two major issues with the Spider VPN. 1) Their endpoint IP addresses are frequently on the Spamhaus list for spam email. This means that outgoing email gets blocked by your email provider. Not the email providers fault, they just take note of the Spamhaus list. Spider VPN need to ensure their endpoints are not on the Spamhaus lists. 2) Frequently get error messages out of google saying they have detected unusual traffic from the network and requiring a CAPTCHA to continue. This should not happen.

They suspended my service 3 months in a… They suspended my service 3 months in a row for non payment even though I had paid via PayPal. Each time I was forced to log a ticket and give them the payment id which took days for them to respond to. On the third time I decided to cancel and go to another provider.
