VPN connectivity Small technical issue with my router VPN service. Opened a ticket with advice on problem and within 15 mins the support staff had updated the router firmware and relief back asking me to login again etc. problem solved. Excellent service.

Great VPN Router I was recommended too buy a Spider VPN by a friend as I spend months abroad. Purchased a Spider pro from Amazon worked great in Uk, brought too my house in Portugal had a few problems would not work. Connected the support team who responded very quickly too every message in the end sent me a new router with in 24 hours. Fantastic service great product works great would recommend it .

After 2 days of trying to sort the… After 2 days of trying to sort the issue on getting me back up and running, After reseting the router to flash updated software (I was told to do this) Now I cannot sign into the router dashboard and the customer service is absolutely dire. They are not interested in my issue full stop. I have been polite to them no disrespect to their staff and still I am no further forward. I will look elsewhere for a better service.

You can easily block all traffic based on time of day, block only specific sites, block all sites except those you specifically permit, etc. Furthermore, Spider VPN Tech Support is second to none. I ALWAYS receive a response from their email support system in less than 24 hours and usually within two. Have never had to use telephone support so I can only imagine it’s even better.
