Homerun! The best overhead archetype program I've encountered to date. The sequencing and detail to all the archetypes of movement as so elequently put, is really one of a kind. Excellent, intuitive use of a phone app. Great things will come out of this I'm sure!

Really good videos with full… Really good videos with full explanations making it easier to understand how best to do the specific stretch or rolling activity. Would be better if there was something on Groin Area Pain, which I could not find easily.

I really benefit from the content I really benefit from the content. The videos are extremely helpful demonstrations of the mobilization techniques, and I’ve already found them helpful in alleviating stiffness and soreness before bed, after My workouts, and especially on recovery days. I really hope they help me avoid injuries! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel there should be a text description to summarize key points in the videos. That way when I am choosing which ones to do for a session, I’m not forced to rewatch them to decide which will help me most.
