CAReally good videos with full… Really good videos with full explanations making it easier to understand how best to do the specific stretch or rolling activity. Would be better if there was something on Groin Area Pain, which I could not find easily.

CAMobility for life It all started with a copy of The Supple Leopard. Three years later The Ready State programs, protocols and certifications enhance every fitness class I create for the members at my gym. This year I've been invited to lead mobility sessions at off season training camp for the local U18 girls football team. Can't wait!

GBBest physio and coach on the planet Best physio and coach on the planet. No question. With all the advice you could need. What’s not to like? The app has several really useful ways you can use it, to follow along sport specific or body part specific mobility sequences, or remind yourself of favourite mobility drills, or coaching bodyweight and weightlifting movements, or follow along sequences of different lengths to unwind. This app has it all. The body part diagram lets you find the videos of mobility exercises that will serve whatever issue you have going on, pain, injury or tight muscle / joint / area, plus you have first rate coaching on all basic movement skills from press-ups to much more complex techniques including Olympic lifts. Really can’t fault it. Knowing it’s there means I know that with an injury or sore bit, or if I need a reminder for coaching a skill - it’s fantastic. Having been working towards becoming a supple leopard for a few years now, you can clearly see how The Ready State set the pace and trend for the entire physio and strength and conditioning coaching industry. Why go to a diluted version when you can go to the source?? With an annual subscription, for the price of a couple of one to one sessions, you get a year’s worth on demand from the best in the business. Outstanding.

GBContent is good, but.... Content is good. interface and usability is lacking. I used to be able to access from my Mac desktop - but no longer. I trade off using the app between my iPad and iPhone. I often get an error message that another device is logged in. Makes things bringing convenient when you're traveling and don't have both devices handy. There is no native iPad app, so there are video orientation issues. I will most likely drop my subscription due to these issues.

GBFirst impressions The overall program is superb and is going to change my relationship with my body. I didn't award 5 stars because in my experience there are still some technical glitches. I did the mobility test and entered scores, but they didn't save. I also think there could be better on-line guidance on how to figure out how to best use the app to fashion one's own daily mobility routine.
